Great hotel for our 3 night stay in Amsterdam. The room was clean and had very good internet service. The breakfast was perfect to start the day. The personnel was nice and helped us. I definitely recommend it.

We booked a double for two nights at Xmas. You pay for a room that based on the photos should be a decent sized, bright room with a double bed. Then you get a twin room in the basement, which is more like a dark cell in a dungeon not a room in a 3 star hotel. We asked if...

Pretty nice hotel located just 4-5 stops by tram to the Dam and the closest tram station is just 2 min far. The room is small but perfect for two people and specially because you only will go to sleep there. Very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good with fruits, eggs, ham, bread, cereal, etc. and...

Good location near the canals and convenient for trams. A decent, clean, quiet room for an inexpensive hotel; comfortable bed, and good reading lights a welcome detail. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Shower pressure and temperature were variable, and breakfast was pretty average, but good value overall.

Within walking distance to great restaurants, about a 6 min tram ride to Anne Frank's house, canal cruises nearby, Heineken experience a 6 min walk away and many shops to visit. The breakfast was delicious and wholesome . Staff were very helpful and friendly . The tram was close and remember to tap...

IBIS are known to be budget hotels so I was surprised when I saw the room. It was tastefully decorated and modern. A TV with european channels, nice clean towels etc. The entrance lobby is a bit basic but considering that the hotel is housed in old building converted to a hotel it was ok. The breakfast was adequate and...
