Shared kitchen and nice room in pricey and quiet canal neighborhood near the Jordaan and Anne Frank House. Nice breakfasts and attentive hosts. Steep staircases in old Amsterdam. Close to center and transport and museums.

I think, if memory serves, breakfast was from 8 to 10 am. But they were very accommodating, and may be able to modify the schedule for you. You can emiul them and ask directly from their web site.
