Do not book this hotel if you want to be close to all the city amenities. It is close to the airport and in the middle of a commercial and residential sector which is very quiet and has no facilities near by. The bus stop is at the rear of the hotel and takes you onto the outskirts of the...

A few things we liked about this hotel - It had reliable internet, bike rental, good coffee, large room and large double bed (very comfortable), there was a fridge in the room (small but enough for cold beers ;-) And here come all the bad things about it: - Very far away from the city center AND in the middle...

The hotel was beautiful on the outside, inside, and in the room which means the most. It slept 4 and we fit 5 comfortably and 2 of the 5 guys were heavy set but it wasn't a problem. We were college kids staying here because it was one of the nicer reliable hotels I found and traveling from America. I've...

I stayed at the Dutch Design Hotel for 2 nights, and would unlikely do so again. Location was perfect, as I was here for business, but nothing else to do around. The staff beforehand was super helpful with questions asked (via emails). That said, the cleanness of the room was VERY poor, found old bread, fruits etc in the cupboards....

we staied 3 nights at the hotel. We wanted to stay in a central location, but I found a great deal and decided to go with it. Hotel stay was great. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the tram stop (line 2). The tram passes the important places of the city. Nice hotel, very quiet place, courteous service...

My brother and I spent four days at this hotel. We wanted to go with a more central location, but I found a great deal for this one through ebookers.com, and we decided to go with it. After spending four days in Amsterdam, we think we made the best choice. We wouldn't see the outskirts of Amsterdam if we stayed...

My friend and I stayed at the Artemis in Amsterdam for 4 nights and 3 days for his 19th, and it was awesome! First of all the hotel was outstanding, rooms were super comfortable and bathroom was very well equipped (could have used a lock on the bathroom door but other than that). Beds were very comfortable and staff were...

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The staff are friendly and speak impeccable English. When I was there it seemed full of Japanese tourists doing Europe in one hit, so a good overnight hotel stop.

Location wise it's a good hotel if you have business close to the airport or in the nearby areas. If you are aiming for central parts as a tourist you will need to walk ~15 min for tram stop and then 30 min on the tram. If you're not in a hurry it's more than ok since it's a direct...

The hotel is average for a 4 stars : don't expect too much service here and the food is just ok ( breakfast has nothing special, frozen pizzas for diner). But the rooms are spacious and the price are good : give them a call to get good rebates. Quite far away from the center, 20 minutes in public transportation...
