Very close to the airport and business center. 20 minutes away from the city center. But there is nothing at the neighbourhood to dine at nights. Room size is good. Rooms + loby at good condition and clean. Very quick check up. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.. I may even stay ay this hotel if I visit Amsterdam for sight seeing...

Not a good menu was the same for lunch and dinner apart from a few different selections, for nights spending in hotel slow service even though restaurant was quiet. Restaurant food quite expensive considering lack of quantity provided per meal. Had several keys whilst staying as the door was rejecting them. On last night of staying came back to the...

We knew before we arrived that the hotel was just outside town. That was ok, we like using public transport to get around and see the local area. Trams & buses we very regular, efficient, cheap & easy to use. Our room was comfortable & the staff were friendly. We stayed in our last night as we were tired &...

We stayed here for a long weekend stay and from start to finish we completely enjoyed our stay. The reception were great and processed everything quickly, they had great knowledge of the area and were very friendly. The room was very clean and bigger than we expected it to be. The bed was amazingly comfortable compared to what we were...

The breakfast service and reception failed big time w/o any trust in the client. I reserved the breakfast discount while checking in the evening before. In the morning as they did not see my breakfast reservation in the system they only offered me the very pricy option. I felt that they did NOT TRUST me as a client to have...

Stuck in Amsterdam when all the flights were delayed, with everyone else grabbing the nearest hotels to the airport or shoved into ones that the Airlines use. this modern dynamic hotel must have been missed. booked on-line at the last minute I was not expecting much. BUT from the moment you arrive the staff were polite and helpful, they could...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable, iron and ironing board, along with hairdryer - all our needs catered for! Tea and coffee facilities were on offer, a double bonus was the fridge too! We were asked if we wanted a shower or bath in our room. I requested both as I love a bath and...

After reading reviews before booking hotel, about being waited on hand and foot, we booked straight away unaware this was an absolute load of lies, staff are utterly incompetent, the waitresses didn't even come to your table to take your food orders, and you had to prompt them all the time, extremely overpriced for food for what it is, reception...

The hotel was exceptional for design, very contempoary and stylish. Very clean and 99% of the staff were fabulous, they were friendly and very eager to help. Except one man who was very rude to myself and my friend, didn't want to help us. The bar is very beautiful, the only niggle I would have is that when going to...
