I had a single room in the basement. The bed was sturdy and comfy and the bathroom was quite spacious. No major disturbance other than the odd sound from the room upstairs, but that is to be expected. The price is very reasonable and the coffee machine outside is a nice touch. Room service was done regularly upon request. Very...

Good location, but, not very suitable for most adults; my 30 year old nephew would probably love it. Two night clubs right outside my window, kept me awake most of all 4 nights I was there. Teeny tiny room, no space even for my suitcase, and I travel w/ a carry-on. It could be cleaner, I found a smelly pair...

A group of 3 of us stayed in room 6 in the basement. The room itself was pretty basic with 3 single beds ( quite comfortable to be fair ), a small wardrobe and side table. The bathroom was clean and had a shower, sink and toilet. The biggest plus of the room was patio doors leading out to your...

This shouldn't be considered a hotel, it's a hostel. When planning my stay in Amsterdam I was hoping for a better place to stay and the reviews about this place were good, the ranking of 8.3 sounded perfect. But the pictures are inaccurate. The room I was given was in the basement and had to go down stairs with very...

This hotel is a hidden gen, located beside everything and still quiet at night. Located beside shops and pubs, it is also within walking distance of Anne Franks house, Van Gogh museum, Madame Tussaud's, Red light district, Amsterdam dungeons, ice-bar, canal cruises, flower market etc, if you don't fancy the walk the tram is just around the corner!! The lady...

My room was very small, single bed and I found keeping my big suitcase in the bathroom easiest. In saying that though, the bed was so comfortable and perfect for me travelling alone. The bathroom was huge. The staircase downstairs if you have one of those rooms is a bit tricky if you have a big bag, but not a...

Had the room downstairs with a private courtyard. Made the mistake of leaving the door open and a mouse made its way in. We also had some arguments outside our door and nothing was done about the noise.... The toilet had a constant bad smell and it sounded like elephants were jumping above us however we were only there to...

This hotel is perfect for people on a budget. It is great for a simple three night stay, like me and two friends did. We got a room that was perfect for the three of us and even got a little terrace on the side. The wifi is free, which is perfect to come back to at any point of...

The hotel is in a good location close to bars and shops and only a twenty minute walk out from the centre and main attractions. We had a basement room, which was small and a little cramped, but was fine for the couple of nights we were there. Room was quiet on a night and the free coffee machine in...
