My girlfriend and I went to Amsterdam for a couple of days and found as a whole Amsterdam overwhelmingly friendly! This started at the hotel all the staff were more than happy to help. Unfortunately the safe didn't work and some of the towels were a bit tatty but everything was clean, friendly and a safe comfortable place to go...

We went for a city break to Amsterdam and chose this hotel due to the price. We paid £230 for 3 nights, which was approx 25% cheaper than elsewhere. It's location is just outside of the central area of Amsterdam, and only a 10 minute walk to all the tourist hotspots. The check in was simple and efficient. Our room...

Its been a long time since we've been in Holland and the Hotel Espresso made us feel right at home. I think all hotels in Amsterdam are pricey but this one was good value at a time when there is an enormous tech conference going on in Amsterdam. The rooms were scrupulously clean and not a bad size for European...

Came for a long weekend first time for both of us so not sure what to expect. After arriving at airport definitely go for the shuttle/taxi and get return this was €55 safe and secure. We were warned by friends and staff that un registered taxis try to approach you and push so definitely reccomend the taxi. Around a 20...

I stayed at this hotel with a group, we booked a number of rooms including a triple room, the main draw back with his hotel and what isn't clear when booking is that the 3rd bed is a camp bed that pulls down from the wall. The rooms are not big enough for 3 adults, there was no floor space...

Stayed here in January. Great location, easy walking distance to lots of tourist spots. Clean, comfortable hotel. I couldn't fault anything at the hotel. The staff were helpful, courteous and trustworthy. My partner lost his wallet on our last day as we were enjoying the free coffee in the lounge. It was only after we left that he realised he...

The best location for a short visit in Amsterdam, easy to go everywhere. The espresso you can drink anytime, going in or going out was ideal for the visit. The price is not so cheap but for the city of Amsterdam is perfect...

Smallest rooms you can ever find lol and the bathroom was smaller. The shower was tiny and so was the sink!! The bed was almost touching the wall and I wouldn't say it was very clean ether. The carpet was dirty and there were also stains of discolouration. The table had dust on it too so we asked for cleaning...

Purchased on Secret Escapes, this hotel is perfectly located a short walk from lots of tram & bus stops on Leidseplein, near Hard Rock, Wagamama and various pubs, cafes, restaurants and coffee shops. Easily accessed from the airport just €5 each on the 197 bus (approx. 35 minutes) - much cheaper than a €40 taxi! Lots of room on the...
