Nice location Nice people Well located Unfortunately filthy towels and poor smell in room ( carpet ) Asked for towels that had been boiled but they were as dirty and smelly as other ones once wet. Too bad really. .So make sure you just bring your own clean towels and you will like it.☺

We stayed in the family room with our 2 daughters, (18 & 14) there was plenty of room and it was furnished beautifully and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great and necessary for the hot evenings and the fridge was a nice touch. The wifi was poor unfortunately and the peeling paint showing rust on...

We had room overlooking quiet canal with boats going past. Very central. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed, had double bed, 2 singles put together but 2 single duvets which we thought was odd! Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble, extra tea bags, more pillows, glasses!. The downside was the steep stairs, we had a bit of a shock although if...

My wife and I stayed here while in Amsterdam and it was absolutely perfect. Small and quaint, it was the perfect reflection of Amsterdam. Fantastic location and walking distance to practically any location, friendly staff, great breakfast...we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is small, beautiful, friendly perfectly located on a side canal and inexpensive. How often does that happen? The folks who work there are uniformly friendly and helpful...including getting the suitcases up and down the dreaded stairs. The rooms are big and the wallpaper is amazing!

Great location between Dam Square and Jordan, with quick access to the Central Station. Rooms were basic but very clean. Staff was very helpful upon arrival, the desk and breakfast don't open until 8am and we had to leave at 7am for a flight, so that was slightly unfortunate. All in all, we would stay at there again, great value.

Travelled with two friends. This is a cute hotel right in the middle of everything. The stairs are REALLY steep, and the room was stuffy/warm but those were the only complaints. They provide breakfast with your stay, which was great since everything seems expensive wherever you go. The room was clean and accommodated the 3 of us well.

I booked a room with 2 beds and when we got to the room, there were two beds pushed together. Normally that wouldn't be a problem to separate them. However, when we did, we discovered there was only one mattress pad and one cover that covered both. So each one had one to cover. Beds were comfortable except for this....

Only 8 rooms, I had a room with a view to the canal, the size of the room was the house size towards the street and kanal. Good comfort bed, good sized bathroom, steep ladder, even a ladder elevator ! Delicious breakfast, helpfull staff, I' ll be back.
