Well situated near Frederiksplein and on several tram routes. Museum quarter and restaurants near Heineken Experience are all within walking distance. Breakfast excellent and well stocked. Staff very friendly. Room clean, bathroom fine. Free wifi in the room. The bar is a bit hopeless - you are better off going to the one across the road!

The hotel is perfectly situated to access Amsterdam easily. Good tram accessibility as well as being able to walk to most places. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Bar is limited, but was great to meet with friends before dinner. Very limited drinks and limited atmosphere, but as there were 26 of us we made our own. some...

Four of us stayed for just the one night in one room. Three single beds with a fourth one which pulled down down from the wall. Room reasonably spacious with the fourth bed stowed. Room clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Location quite a walk from the town centre but in some ways this worked as the hotel is situated...

The convenience of the location, the 24 hour opening, the assistance given by the day and evening staff. The breakfast is continental style but adequate, plenty of tea and coffee. The hotel is 10 minutes from the old town and the museum area by foot.

The room was nice and there is a kettle and coffee which I always like to have. The bathroom was very clean. Mattress bed was too soft for me. Breakfast is basic.WIFI is...

Quiet location, very close to the tram line #4, excellent restaurants nearby, helpful staff, lots of outlets for electronics. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I particularly enjoyed the gouda cheese with cumin seed (Leyden cheese).

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, close to the canals and within walking distance of Rijksmuseum, with easy access to trams The hotel itself is pretty average. The rooms are small with a miniature bathroom, and a small closet. The wall paint was coming off and the lift wouldn't close sometimes. The breakfast is very limited...

Stayed here for four nights. Liked the location - not far to walk into the center of town, yet quiet and a bit away from the buzz (had a room facing the backyard with a garden). The tram stops nearby. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly. Very much recommend this hotel for the price.
