Booked this hotel which included breakfast, arrived to be told that there was no breakfast, got up to our triple bed room to find 4 beds, no wardrobe, a leaking water pipe to the toilet, no shampoo or shower gel in the dispensers, sockets that didn't work and looked unsafe, considering the price we paid it was a rip off....

First of all the hotel is full of bugs. Every night I have got bitten by small bugs. Now I have red dots all around my body and I keep scratching myself. The room was also full of mosquitos. Every part of the hotel is dirty. People who work here do not care about anything. You cannot get clean towels...

Take My Advice And Do NOT Book This Hotel. Did Not Return My Pre-Authorised Funds From My Credit Card Taken For Deposit At The Hotel, over $250AUD. Its Been 3 Months And They Have Not Returned My Money Nor Any Calls Or Emails. Have reports this to the bank and will report to every hotel review site. CRIMINALS!!

As they said already you get what you pay for so can't really complain.. was expecting a little more but who cares. To much snoring I pearsonally think lol. Although staff was kind enough to keep the bag for me in reception considering that you can't hit the couch until 3 PM !

We stayed here while touring Europe for 6 week, it was our first stop. It was great for what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. Our room did not have a bathroom or shower attached. The bathroom on our floor was very very small. The shower was very large. Our room was very small enough for 2 single...

Overall, the hostel was good. Clean linen, towels provided, helpful staff and nice reliable, warm showers. However, there was a lack of common room, and we felt it was slightly overpriced given the location (about 40 minute walk from the train station)

We got there a 10 am and they made us wait until 3 pm to get to our rooms because the were '' cleaning''. Once in the room we found lots of hair in the shower, absolutely revolting. Two days later we found three mice in our room (room 3).So we went to complaint, and the employee found it normal,...

Do NOT BOOK this hotel. They do not accommodate people according to their booking. I was asked to leave the hotel to find something else. They had 3 people to compete for one room! Scammers!!! Horrible experience for me and three other men. Where we could complain? Never use their web-site to book this hotel!

No problems with this place. Clean and quiet and a good location, and good price. The stairs are quite steep to get up and down, but this is common in Amsterdam. I spent my last night in the dorm which I wouldn't recommend because it's right next to the lobby and breakfast area so noisy in the early morning.
