All rooms on the ground floor (rooms 1, 2 & 3) are noisy: you can hear EVERTHING that happens in the lobby/reception. Even if the people are talking in a low voice and are trying to be quiet. I was woken up by a guest asking reception where he could buy a coffee. The walls are thin, and there is...

I got this hotel because of the lower price but I got what I paid for. I had a 1st floor room directly by the check in counter and very close to the only entrance. It was loud 24/7. The shower had no lip which meant that the bathroom basically flooded every time you took a shower. The floors were...

Great hotel in an excellent location, very clean and the beds are amazing.. Only grumble being the noise! No carpet through out the building so nothing to diffuse the sound, could hear everything. Would definitely stay again though, excellent value for money.

This hotel was a traditional house so felt very intimate and friendly. It was incredibly noisy at certain times with people coming and going over the wooden floors but things usually went quiet between midnight and seven in the morning The location was excellent. The décor was ultra modern. There was no dining room or coffee/tea making facilities which meant...

Absolutely loved our weeklong stay at Sara's; great location right off of Leidseplein and close to everything you want to be close to. Staff was courteous and efficient, room was furnished nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable... An elevator is nice to have in a small hotel in amsterdam so I'm not too picky that it was a bit...

Clean modernized hotel right in the center. Loved that there were bikes you could rent. Staff was helpful. Bathrooms were a little small specifically the sink but were still renovated and clean. The room was quite big in comparison. We would definitely stay here again!

First of all compared to the rest of the hotels in here it is in with the range. No breakfast I know but well cannot get everything. What is in here is location, location and location. Staff very friendly they give us a room on the top floor snd being very helpful when needed directions for keukenhof.

Stayed in February for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. That bed was amazing and so was the shower! Lovely, modern, clean hotel. After visiting a friends hotel, I was quite thankful for ours, considering you're in Amsterdam, it's quite a good hotel, especially for the price. We were on the top floor which was great because you could...

Came here for a surprise birthday treat. Was overwhelmed the second we got there. The staff were very helpful and the room was stunning. The only thing I would fault were the steep stairs which were a nightmare after a few Haha. All in all would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, close to bars and restaurants and the galleries. The hotel itself is clean and looks as though it has been newly refurbished. Staying on the ground floor is terrible. The room backs on to the office of the front desk where in my case, 2 guys were chatting away and it sounds...
