My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sunhead this January - what a wonderful place. The room (yellow room) was cosy and beautifully decorated. The B&B was very central, yet in a quiet and pretty street, close to interesting shops and good restaurants. Carlos was a perfect host and made a large and delicous breakfast for us each morning -...

Great B&B! Great breakfast! Great people! Great location! I had yellow room for 4 days (3 nights) and everything was perfect!. The room was very clean, with TV and Nespresso coffee machine. It's also well decorated. Carlos is a very kind person and helped us in anything we needed. And he prepared for us a great breakfast every day. From...

Our Stay at Sunhead was absolutely wonderful. We found the room clean and tastefully decorated with a great view of the canel. The morning breakfast was a delight - and included fresh cuts of Prosciutto, great Holland cheese, fruit and yogurt tastefully presented and fresh. There was fresh coffee, juice and lucious bread along with an egg dish to bring...

We had a wonderful stay in the red room, with a great view of Herengracht. It was so cool to spend the night in a 400 year old canal house. The perfect location, great breakfast, and comfy bed. Carlos gave us good tips on restaurants and attractions too.

Carlos is a spectacular host in this lovely B&B on the canal. Our room was more than accomodating with comfy beds and fresh flowers, the bathroom was sparkling with all the necessities and plush towels. Breakfasts were to die for!!! Carlos is an excellent chef and very helpful with "where to go" & directions around the city. We wouldn't stay...

We have just returned from a week stay in Amsterdam at the Sunhead apartments. We were there for a marine trade show so the appeal of an apartment with more privacy and less hype was appealing. There was 4 of us so the cost became very reaonable over going to a hotel. We stayed at the 17 Wolvenstraat which is...

Have just returned from a lovely 3 days in Amsterdam. I would recommend the Sunhead B&B to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam. We stayed in the Red room whilst friends of ours had the Yellow room. The Red room has a lovely view of the herengracht canal and both rooms are beautifully decorated in an old style, which really...

We are great fans of Amsterdam and had a wonderful two days seeing only one museum (the Van Gogh) and spending the rest of the time just getting deliberately lost, and wandering the endless beautiful little streets and alleyways, marvelling at the never-ending stream of cyclists etc etc. As to the Sunhead, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants...

We had a really good weekend break in the yellow room. Location is excellent - within walking distance of everywhere while being peaceful and on the canals. Room was good - individual, very yellow and fairly spacious with adequate bathroom facilities. Breakfast was homely and good quality - nice fresh bread, cheese, fruit and yoghurt. Some may be troubled by...

We have returned from a 4 nght stay in the red room which was a fab room, the bed was so comfortable that we had trouble getting out of it. Carlos made a gorgeous breakfast with as much tea or coffee as you wanted, also he would make the coffee as strong or as weak as you liked. The red...
