The campsite is very well located just minutes from downtown Amsterdam. The campsite itself is more like a festival field. Extremly crowdy with no privacy. For young people probably a lot fun, for a 30+ couple a little less. Still compared to the hotel prices...More

Good but not place enough for the tents even with a reservation. That's a shame that there is only one place with electricity. The staff in the camping was very welcoming and very nice. Lots of noise in the morning.

+ It is a nice and reasonably quiet place close to the city centrum. - There are limited places for cars - so the visitors are expected to find some parking in the city, which may be tricky during high season.

No heating but they aren't that cold. You can rent a sleeping bad from the office for 5 euro per night

They camp site itself will not have any issues with you sleeping 5 in a 4 person tent - they charge per person and not per tent.
