Our stay was cozy and enjoyable. Staff were friendly, happy to help and always attentive and had an amazing knowledge of Amsterdam and many places to visit and all of the little extras really made our stay special.

Stayed here for one night in December; the hotel is only a 10 minute walk away from the main train station but feels like you are out of main city; which to us was a bonus and just what we wanted. Right on the canal front and was a great starting point to explore by foot. Room size was rather...

The location was excellent but the room was very disappointing! I had booked a superior room as it was for my husband's birthday. It felt like a cell. No window and very dark. I thought the staff were lovely but could not recommend or return to the hotel for this reason.

Dear Sharon, Thank you for your stay with us, I am sorry to hear the room you stayed in was not to your liking. We would have liked the opportunity to change rooms for you if we had been informed. The room you stayed in does have a (small) window however is spacious and has a lovely bath. For rooms...

I stayed for 3 nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I loved the decor of the hotel and the cosy bar. I had booked a single room with a single bed but was very pleased to find my room had a double bed which was great as I am very tall. The website had made clear the room was...

We stayed for 3 nights here recently, such a friendly welcome. So easy to find, take the train out of the airport and then a 10 min walk from central station. Room was small as others have said, even the mediem room is small. But the bed is comfy and the hotel area is very quiet. You can walk everywhere...

The hotel is in a quite neighborhood yet conveniently located, within walking to the Central Station and the attractions. The small rooms are small and the stairway steep, however, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast could do with some change atleast every two days. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a small clean spot in a great location. There is a nice bar at reception but the downside is that the staff are very quiet, boring and would not engage in any craic. I would stay here again but I would not be hanging around the hotel. There are no frills in this place but a good...

We recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great!! It's a very short walk from central station, shopping, and many restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay again if I am ever in Amsterdam again.

We had an excellent experience last weekend at Max Brown for our 10th wedding anniversary.
