The hotel is very good located. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they were helpful and gave us good tips for traveling. The room were clean but they changed our sheets only once in a week staying and did not replace our towels enough. Very recommend for budget traveling.

The euphemia hotel/hostel is good value for money. I went with 8 friends in a 10 person room with bunkbeds which were very comfortable! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was 10 minute walking distance from Rembrandtplein and 5 minutes from Leidseplein. So that was good as well. Only stupid thing... More

Our plane was delayed by about 45 minutes, meaning that we arrived late, at about 11.15pm, having said we'd be arriving at roughly 10pm. The receptionist gave us the key to the 10 bed dorm, in which we had reserved 6 beds. There was one bed available in the room, with people asleep in all the others. We returned downstairs... More

Very clean, comfy beds, and the owners were incredibly kind. Even front desk staff and cleaners were friendly. The location was great I walked everywhere and the Wifi was always strong. It's always scary staying at a new hostel wondering what horrors you will find but I couldn't fault this place. I'd stay again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

This hotel is very basic, has small rooms and no facilities to cook/meet people. Everyone else is right, they added on a random tax for no reason, even though hostlebookers said that I would pay nothing more ontop. The main issue was they cleaned up my bed rather than another guest's who had left. In the process half of my... More

Good location, everywhere is walking distance, if not trams are just outside. Nice safe but central location in a quietish road. Nice and helpful staff. Stayed in a 10 person dorm with bathroom and have to admit it was OK. Nice people, lockers, 24/7 key cards. Always people up late in lobby up for a laugh. Met some amazing people.... More

Room service wakes you up by 9am and staff forces her way in even if you are changing clothes. One staff member yells at people. Absolutely no events at all, so this is not a typical hostel. Great location though. So if you don't care about anything then come here to save money. Otherwise stay away it's not happy it... More

“This hotel is in the budget range so the rooms are basic but very functional and comfortable. As a single 60 yo woman I had a double room with ensuite which suited me perfectly. Good electronic security lock on the room and front doors.”

“The guys on reception are fantastic and gave me very good suggestions where to go after we had done the Gogh, Anne Frank House etc. We had a room at the back. Number 22, a triple, on the second floor - no lift. A room to sleep and shower in. Very good wifi in the room, very fast connection and no buffering.”
