Nice hotel, fairly new. Brilliant location, close to trams, train and metro as well as shops and restaurants on the bank of river Amstel. Rooms generous in size, equipped in safe, brew making facility and flat screen TV of a size bigger than postcard (meaning bigger than usual TV set in hotel room). Down side ? Not many. Windows can't be...

Staff was awesome, the room very big and beautiful, the bed and the sheets very, very confortable. Maybe I got used differently, but for such a big and nice hotel, the breakfast buffet was a little dissapointing.

Good location, near a Metro station. This hotel is really big. It was hard to get downstairs using the lifts in the morning when everyone was going in the same direction. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good value. Recommended.

We were for four days here and everybody was very nice and efficient! Great hospitality and accommodations. The hotel is not at the centre but is quite near Amstel station what makes it easier to go to the city centre.

The staff: They are extremely friendly, as I noticed that most dutch people are friendly :) Breakfast: It is good, but they do not change it daily, just the same breakfast every single day. The wifi connection was really fast and of course for free which made it easier on me to do some work online. The hotel is near...

This is a very good hotel for money. While visiting Amsterdam it very really hot and it was lovely at the end of a hot busy day to come back to a air conditioned room. The room was quiet and modern, it was a good size and comfortable with a really nice bathroom. Definitely a good location too. Easy walk...

Casa 400 without doubt is a great hotel for the price. They have great rooms, ice machines in each floor, elevator only be used with you room card and you can only drop at your floor. The only problem for me is the location. There's a subway station close, but for a walk you will not have any great surprises...

Stayed in the Casa 400 just outside of the city centre. The restaurant was under refurbishment whilst we were there, but was not noticeable, this was due to reopen in September. The rooms were spacious and clean with a large bathroom. We stayed half board and the breakfast was a buffet style and very varied. The evening meal was a...

The Casa 400 is a modern hotel. Rooms were a good size and were very clean. Bathroom was big with a big shower and included a hair dryer and some freebie shampoo and shower gel. Location was great and easy to get into the city. Used a 3 day travel pass over the weekend we stayed and the hotel was...

Just outside the canal ring but still a great location. Comfy rooms, bike rentals and reasonablish prices. The only down side is there's not much walking distance but it's close to Amstel station. I've stayed here twice cause the price was right and didn't want a dirty hostel . I recommend staying here
