This was a fabulous place to stay. It is not centrally located but can easily be accessed by train or tram. Local restaurants were superb but what made this hotel great were the helpful staff - they helped store our bikes and offered a fantastic breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

After being scammed by AirBnB this place saved our holiday! Great staff, great breakfast, if you want to avoid the nonsense of the central area it's also a great location. Nearby excellent restaurants (5 mins by bike) including perhaps the best Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, plus authentic Dutch joints to eat and drink. The kids were spoilt by the staff.....

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent hotel staff, friendly but not at all over fussy. Breakfast is excellent, costs 17.50 euro but worth it. Room (54) great size, very quiet, and comfy bed. Nice extra touches like complimentary water bottle and fruit everyday. Only criticism was our ensuite which was dated and had bath with an over shower (non thermostatic) and...

We stayed here for three nights it was very clean and staff were friendly. there isn't a restaurant on sight but there is a wonderful steak house nearby. Also a chinese restaurant that does takeout . the tram number 5 is really close on the main street and takes you to central station but it isn't far to walk either.

Arrived in mid November for a trade show in Amsterdam. Only using recommendations from Trip Advisor decided to book here as it was closer to restaurants, shops etc and still near the RAI Convention Centre. Traditional and not in expensive but a lovely place to stay. Was on the 3rd Floor over looking the courtyard. Opening windows, good size room,...

We chose this hotel to stay away from the centre, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Firstly, train from Sciphol to Zuid took 5 minutes, at a cost of a couple of euros each. From there it is admittedly a 25 minute easy walk, but it easy to find. Tram route 5 to central gets you there in...

This lovely hotel is only a 20 minute number 5 tram ride from the centre of Amsterdam in a quiet suburb. The hotel is very comfortable with a nice bar. We didn't try the €17.50 breakfast as there are really nice less expensive cafes nearby. The staff are extremely helpful.

Really comfortable room in a very friendly hotel. Ideally situated outside the bustle of Central Amsterdam which suited me really well. A 10 minute tram ride to the Centre and only a couple of minutes on the Tram to the Museum area. A two minute walk to great coffee bars and restaurants and local individual good quality shops. The Hotel...

We initially booked for two nights but had to stay on due to the storm. The staff were really helpful and very pleasant. Room was lovely. The location is good, it is in quite a residential area although shops and tram stops are only round the corner and very quick into the centre of Amsterdam and Zuid Railway station.
