The location of this hotel is incredible, everything you need is no more than a 5 minute walk away (if that) and if you do need a tram, there is stop right outside the hotel. There’s also a few lovely bars and restaurants over the...More
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty. Very dirty with disgusting carpets that I didn't want to walk on without shoes on. Inside the room was extremely cold. I slept in thermals and had my coat on when in...More
Travelled to Amsterdam in October with my husband and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was so small that we both could not be in the bathroom at the same time to clean our teeth. It's literally just a bed, toilet and TV.
Was worried after reading so many negative reviews , but I’m glad we ignored them! The hotel is in a fab central location so worth every penny. The staff were friendly and helpful, we got to check in our room early on the day we...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.

Hi, it really isn't far. Approximately 15 mins walking. When you come out of the station, there are plenty of people able to give directions. Best if you go onto google maps or similar, type in Central Station and then directions to hotel Cordial. There are also regular trams but we never felt the need to use one. Hope this helps a little. Have a great time. We did.
