This is the worst hotel we visited in Amsterdam. Renovation is in progress. Construction workers are walking in between the guest. Plastic, paint and dirt everywhere. Room is dirty, no bathrobes available. Slippers upon request. No water pressure. Molt and filth in the bathroom. Slow drains. Towels with holes.

This hotel was very clean, excellent customer service and great hospitality. Only one fault room is extra small for 2 people and they try to charge you for a deposit, this is not a apartment, so why charge extra fees on top and only to certant people.

Mid-October. Overnight flight from US arrived early in the day and was told rooms guaranteed ready by 3:00PM. Finally got in at 4:30. We upgraded to an (Executive) front room with a view of the Amstel Canal. Rooms are old and need new floors and curtains. Bathing was a real challenge. Morning breakfast was excellent. Main lobby floors stained and... More

The hotel was nothing like pics shows, from the reception to the bedroom it was smelly, we were a couple with one towel in the in the bathroom. The hotel itself like a farm with four hundred cows in it, it should have no star attached to it or listed on any respectable website

We stayed here in August for a weekend, when we went to check in I don't think they had our booking or our room wasn't ready, not quite sure but they upgraded us to their sister hotel which was just next door. Beautiful room, extremely comfy bed. The only downfall I'll say is that the bathroom door is glass with... More

Hotel was clean and friendly staff, facilities were average but had everything we needed. Carpets in the room were a little rough and not very nice on your feet. Bathroom was small but adequate. All in all a pleasant stay and we found the location very good close and walking distance to everything. Note there was renovations going on when... More

The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty. The sheets were smelling bad, the overall feeling in and out of the room was terrible and I felt that I am staying in a hostel/pansion but not a hotel. I did experienced 2 days in shock and I was not feeling well inside my room. It looks... More

The Hotel location was perfect, and we could walk everywhere. We had two rooms which were very Clean and spacious. No view though, for that there was extra cost. The breakfast was just right. Friendly staff both restaurant and reception. I definitely recommend this hotel.for families who need a good hotel for reasonable price.

The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants very close and within an easy walking distance from several major museums. The room was quite small but very comfortable. The breakfast was first class with no limit on how much you want to eat and all of very good quality. Even the grandchildren enjoyed it all.

Room terrible, noisy, dark and even not really clean. Plus for the location, but no pleasure to stay there... quality at the reception desk depends on the particular person. 1 single room was too small for 1 person! More like a wardrobe than a room
