Had mistake on the reservation date made by Priceline, the hotel has been refuse to modify or cancel it which result to waste time and 3 paid nights. For that reason I can say they will not show any hospitality when you stay in!
Expect the unexpected. Upon check out additional fees were added to my bill which had not been mentioned upon check in. It felt that this hotel could not be trusted. This hotel did not give loyalty card points for staying at Best Western Hotels.
