My wife and I stayed for 2 nights here; it's made our whole weekend special. Above all the staff are exceptional; each and every member of staff we interacted with took an interest in us and were keen to help wherever they could. On check-in the receptionist realised that it was my wife's birthday and he remembered to wish her...

The hotel is only 20min walk to the centre. There are 4 restaurants with Star Michelin. We chose this hotel because we wanted to have dinner at Sazanka Teppanyaki restaurant, so I asked to the receptionist when I checked in. She confirmed I could have found a free table after 9pm, but the day after the concierge advised me theretaurant...

I book this hotel by mail 3 week's before. They have excellent communication department. Check in was very fast and friendly. Very nice room. Friendly staff. Simply loved my stay. Lounge is also nice. Hopefully next time we will book for a longer stay and we will enjoy the beautiful pool and the 2 Star Michelin Restaurant. Thank you Yvette...

Spotless. Efficient. Beautiful interior. Comfortable. Wifi: Shameful that a hotel this nice has a download speed no higher than 1.8Mbps (as measured by Speedtest.net) unless one pays extra for "normal speed". Since they're using the same router regardless of which speed one runs, this means the provider the hotel was using deliberately throttles the speed unless the guest pays more....

Our stay in the Okura hotel was a bliss. All is perfect, the ambience, rooms and foremost the service! We complimented out stay with a massage treatment at the health club and fine lunch at the Yamazato Restaurant. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for only 1 night and had booked a standard double room. To our great surprise we were upgraded to a junior suite. Room was very comfortable, good beds to sleep in. We didn't take breakfast but had a coffee in the bar the next morning (served as it should, with a glas of water and some cookies)....

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Amsterdam for a conference. Its location is very convenient at walking distance from the Rai convention centre. The attention to every detail is incredible and Japanese refinement compliments greatly the 5-star services. The spa area is very relaxing and the hotel has at least to Michelin-starred restaurants. There a bar with a view...

Just stayed at Okura for what could be my last trip, after many years of staying here. Absolutely my favourite hotel in the city - attention to detail, care for guests, luxury -that is second to none. I will come back with my family.

We had our anniversary at the hotel and upon arrival we received an upgrade. Flowers and thank you cards where in the room to give us a warm welcome. Had dinner in Sazanka, with a wonderful lady chef, food and experience is one to remember. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities. Deferentially worth a yearly return trip
