This property is really quite a gem. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it can be a touch noisy, as it is at the corner of a major tram stop. The hotel is not fancy, but it is a winner. It is very clean, comfortable and convenient. Because it's an old building there are...

A lovely hotel in a great setting, central for all venues. Our room on 5th floor with a fab view across Amsterdam, quite at night due to good double glazing .Room clean and tidy and no hassle leaving key at reception would recommend.

We recently had a nice stay at the Dikker & Thijs Fenice Hotel at Leidesstraat and Prinsingracht. This is a very well located hotel that offers comfortable stays in Amsterdam. Reservation was made directly on the Dikker & Thijs Fenice Hotel website, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and allowed to check-in early, which was very nice. Staff were polite...

We had a beautiful room overlooking the canal. In spite of the busy area, it was quiet in our room. The location is perfect - we were able to walk to all the major attractions. The food in the dining room is excellent, with fine service. We highly recommend it.

We were only in Amsterdam for a few days and Dikker & Thijs was a great location. It is right next to a tram stop that made getting around easy. There were things to do and places to eat within walking distance as well. The room was nice and the staff was very kind. We got there prior to check-in...

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Dikker & Thijs. Everyone at the hotel and the restaurant were wonderful. The food at the quaint restaurant was superb and the entire staff were great. We had the attic room #409 which was charming ... you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs but it was definitely worth it....

Stayed for a long weekend break here. The location is superb, both for the canal district, the museums, the art quarter and all the attractions within easy walking reach. The staff were very helpful, facilitated an early checkin. We also ate in the restaurant which was very good with a nice intimate vibe. Tram just under the window, but couldn't...

We selected this hotel based on the reviews and it didn't disappoint. Great location, very helpful staff. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant, the menu looked delicious. The rooms were huge and had a view over the main street, however, we didn't hear anything at night - able to great a great nite sleep. The bathroom was huge and...
