Although our stay was a short one it was quite pleasant with a great room. Food was quite good. Apple pie to die for. Hotel location was convenient to museums. Located in a Neighbor environment which was refreshing.

I can't say enough about the Hilton Amsterdam. The hotel is in a quiet location along one of the beautiful canals that are part of the make up of this wonderful city. It is a short walk from the tram (5 line) Gerrit van der Veenstraat stop. The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was big and...

This hotel is quite a legendary one in Amsterdam since John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono stayed in this hotel for their honeymoon. Location-wise it is not close to Amsterdam Central, it takes around 30 minutes tram ride to bring you to the city. Breakfast is quite nice, good range of selection and more importantly you can enjoy a...

The hotel was OK. The service in the bar and restaurant was slow and indifferent. The prices for food and drink were very high. I don't know how the prices compare to other hotels in Amsterdam, but I thought 26 euros for a hamburger was a bit much. I paid 10 euros for a shot of Jack Daniels that was...

Amsterdam is one of the funnest cities in Europe! The Hilton provided a good location, slightly away from the wildest parts of the city to base your adventure. All parts of the city are easily accessible by tram or bicycle from the Hilton Hotel. The surrounding areas around the hotel are upscale and feel safe to walk. The hotel is...

More 4 star than 5. Breakfast very good but poor choice of runny scrambled eggs and streaky bacon. We stuck to the delicious fruit and yogurt. Room cleaning was poor as our room was thick with dust for the 5 nights we stayed and hardly vacuumed. No shower in our £200/night room. Only nylon curtain over bath. Be prepared to...
