Hotel's Favourite
We stayed with 2 children in connecting rooms. Check in was easy and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is one of calm and luxury. There is an feeling of grandeur because of the nice finishing of the rooms and halls/lobby. The rooms are quiet but hot. The windows don’t open….and the airco has a lot of work to cool the rooms. We loved the room with it’s nice details, carpets and fantastic bathroom/shower. The view even at street side is nice. Breakfast was very good, lot’s of choices, friendly staff and good products. We had dinner at Roberto s which was delicious. We were a bit disappointed that the coffee bar did not open during our stay. The terras bar is wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we’re especially charmed by the staff. Always interested and ready to help with some personal tips and stories. They we’re great! We hope to come back.

At this time, coffee is served in both Roberto's and our Half Moon Lounge or Garden Terrace, weather permitting. Please accept my sincere apologies that you were not entirely comfortable in the room due to the weather. Our windows actually can be opened to allow some fresh air upon signing a safety authorization form with the front desk. I'm sorry if we did not have the opportunity to do this during this stay, however we will certainly be able to assist on your next visit. We stayed here as a family of three in early May to visit the Tulips. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend booking the breakfast as part of your stay as it was superb. The hotel is well-situated close to Vondelpark and about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Amsterdam.

We have booked two night with honer account long time ago, and I thought I have booked with breakfast. I haven't been told anything in the reception but the time of breakfast, but at the time of checkout, I've been charged for breakfasts and some extra taxes. Apparently breakfast wasn't part of the reservation, but we haven't been told. Also when you checkin via honor app, it doesn't add any value, still you need to go to reception and do the rest.

Everything about my stay at the Hilton Amsterdam was perfect. From check-in to check-out and everything in between. A special shout out to the concierges who assist in every way possible, where to go, to eat, things not to do and was especially helpful in locating my mobile phone. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay. The room was great, clean and spacious. I was fortunate to use the executive lounge - so great. When I return to Amsterdam I will definitely stay at the Hilton Amsterdam!
