All staff was super friendly. The ambiance is really nice and feels high end. The room was clean and modern. Best of all though, it was one of the quitest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I would love to come back. Excellent!

Everything about this hotel is just perfect starting from design, decoration, cleanliness, food and beverage options and quality either for breakfast or during the whole day and night, also there is a bus and Metro station just 3 or 4 minutes walking from it, and train station for people who comes directly from airport would be about 10 minutes walking. It's about 20 minutes from central station with bus approximately. One last thing, Honesty.. One of my friends forgot his passport and wallet at room after checking out but they contacted us directly once they found them while cleaning. Highly recommend

This is a really great hotel. Very modern and cozy. It is a little bit outside of downtown but very close to the train line to the airport and tram line 17 which goes to the middle of town. The food in the restaurant is very good. We had breakfast each day and small plates at night. The rooms are modern. The water is instantly hot in the showers. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel punches well above its weight. Although only three stars, it is easily better than most four- and five-star hotels in which I have stayed. The staff operate smoothly like a fine symphony orchestra. Abdo is a real gem and really one of the outstanding conductors of the operation, gracious and understated, there for you if you need him but usually stays in the background. Staff cleaning the rooms actually look like they really enjoy what they are doing, a rarity in my view. We carried foldable Brompton bikes in travel cases and the hotel was very accommodating, with a small elevator so one did not have to carry luggage up stairs. We ate in the hotel restaurant almost every evening because the food was good and the staff were friendly and engaged. We had many great conversations with a very promising young man who was still in school and we wish him the best. Breakfasts were well-stocked and the coffee machine was a workhorse. The only thing I'd recommend is hot cereal/porridge with fruit (blueberries) if possible. The room is very, very clean and comfortable, great shower, but a bit more instruction on using the coffee machine would help (first morning the water went in the wrong opening). Same with the power outlet near the sink, which was covered due to regulations but we had no idea it existed until two days before we were leaving, after talking with Abdo. The hotel is located in the New West area of Amsterdam, far enough away from the carnival-like atmosphere that is the city center but close enough with excellent public transportation links not to mention excellent bike routes into the city (we were only 2.5 miles from the Jordaan area). One minor issue is the possibility of walking from the Lelylaan train station (from Schiphol) to the hotel. It looked doable but proved very daunting, especially if one is carrying luggage (and bike cases). There is a lot of construction and the roads are confusing and very busy. The hotel could help with actual walking directions and/or signs from the train station. It should only take ten minutes walking but we ended up getting into a cab. It is a minor problem, nothing major and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood in which the hotel was located. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it when you are visiting Amsterdam.

Really nice hotel just outside of the centre of Amsterdam great transport links to everywhere I needed to go. Check in was very easy and well explained. I didn't opt for breakfast but was given clear instructions on what to do if I was wanted to and it was explained how to operate doors and what times the main doors would be open etc. Room was really nice, spacious and clean with great facilities. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine and kettle provided. I travelled from the UK and forgot to pack a converter plug but that wasn't a problem because the walls had usb sockets. TVs in hotels are normally awful but the TV was great, with loads of available channels and the ability to mirror from your phone. Breakfast was very nice, with loads of options including for vegetarians and vegans. A variety of breads, eggs, meats and beans as well as cereals. When visiting hotels, there's normally at least one problem you encounter but this was genuinely a faultless experience, and the price was very reasonable as well.

The MET Hotel is located in the close vicinity of the Olympisch Stadium and about a 15-20 min drive to the Central Station. It is located in a very calm and sage neighborhood with a Lidl close by (if needed). The breakfast options are super sufficient and they even prepared a dedicated breakfast for everyone attending the Marathon. Abdo and his team have been super welcoming, bery understanding as we had faced some short notice changes due to a cancelled flight. Thank you very much for having us and we are alredy looking forward to our next stay with you at the MET Hotel. XXX

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with lovely décor, soft bed sheets, and pillows. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, especially Frank--the late-night shift bartender. What a gem he is. Nothing was too much trouble. The genuineness was something to marvel at.

The facility was first rate: the food and drinks very high quality and reasonably priced. The highlight of the stay was the staff. Particular congratulations to Peter and Nico, both very high quality professionals. We had breakfast and dinner and drinks all three nights In the hotel and intend to return.

Having arrived by train from Brussels, at Amsterdam Centraal Metro station, I needed to purchase a transport card and then take a metro train to the Postjesweg where there is a 5 - 10 min walk to the hotel. This hotel is located in the most unusual residentail area, across the road from the metro station there is a shopping area with a good variety of shops, supermarkets, and cafes and bakeries including a Lidl. One can self checkin but I was kindly checked in by a bar staff member and my very comfortable room was at the end of the coridor. This is a new and very cool, nicely decorated hotel. The room is spacious and modern and the bed arge and combortable. Its a great hotel room! I had breakfast booked and that was lovely too, enough variety with hot and cereal, bread/pastry options. There is a bar and cafe area (which I suspect services the local neighbourhood for any casual dining & bar. There is some outdoor seating also and this will improve once the works have finished in the adjoining park. I ordered a hot dish from the restaurant one night (truffle mushroom pasta) and it was absolutely delicious. The staff kindly packed it up and delivered it to my room The location is also a 10 minute walk from Lelyane metro station which has a bar/resturant nearby should you want alternative choice. It is quiet and a really good value, lovely hotel out from the centre of Amsterdam. The staff are very helpful and they were happy to store my bag after checkout. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
