We had booked this hotel a few months back; had great communication with the booking agent from start to finish, and then RE-CONFIRMED the booking the day before arrival. Not only did we get re-confirmation, but the hotel also promised to try to get us an early check in. On the day of our arrival, we received a call that our room was given away, ostensibly to a family who was staying longer, so we got unceremoniously dumped. Our original reservation agent did feel genuinely bad, and she worked hard to rebook us elsewhere and pick up the charges. Unfortunately, it's high season, and the new hotel did not provide nearly the same location and amenities, which were the reason for our booking in the first place. E.g. we had originally booked a 2 room suite, and instead we received 2 rooms across the hall from each other, not at all ideal when traveling with a child. Having worked in the travel industry in the past, I understand that overbooking happens sometimes, which is why I made the effort to reconfirm the day before. Naturally, it was quite a shock to have someone make the decision to dump us in favor of a more profitable client at the very last second.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I originally booked as we wanted 2 bedrooms as we were travelling with our teenage daughter, and 2 bedroom places in Amsterdam centre were so expensive. However, I am now glad that we were a little out of the city as it was so much calmer, and it’s a nice area. Getting in to Amsterdam is very easy and cheap and quick. There were lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, but be aware that as it is the business district these all tend to be closed at the weekends ( the supermarkets were open and a burrito place). The apartment itself was lovely, we were fascinated by the amazing view from the 12th floor! The air con was very welcome, and the beds were so comfortable.

Highly recommend staying at this apartment hotel. I will come back on my next business trip The apartment was spacious. It had all the amenities I expected. The kitchen was equipped so I could cook with comfort. The area is quiet and you do not hear any of your neighbors. The front desk was helpful and resolved any issue I had. The location was perfect for me, short train ride to the airport, 10-15mins tram to the center of town, major train station was in walking distance. There is a close by supermarket and nice cafes and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay very much. I only had one small issue - the cleaning service is once a week and on my second week the cleaners forgot to leave me toilet paper, they left some dirty rags and I did not feel it was quite as clean as it was the previous cleaning day. but still the bathroom was clean and my towels and sheets were replaced. all in all it was not dramatic, but still noticeable.

I’ve been waiting to visit the location as my office is pretty much next door and I’ve seen it being built. However the last year has not seen me come to Amsterdam as frequent as before. The location is spot on for Zuid area and from reception through to check out the service was excellent. The room/apartment was perfect and contained all items I needed for my stay. I will for sure be back More frequently and an great addition to the Zuid hotel scene.

We booked this hotel because it has appartments with two separate bedrooms. We needed that because our daughter was with us and she needs guidance. The appartment has a lot of space and was very beautiful. The view from the 13th floor was miraculous. The kitchen in the appartment has everything you need. The beds are very big and comfortable. The two bathrooms are very nice. The appartment and building has a very nice and easy vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. In our appartment we found a handwritten card to welcome us...that sort of details always makes me so happy. It was also no problem after checking out to use the lobby to meet with a friend (coronaproof) and to get some free coffee. We hope tot stay in Premier Suites Amsterdam again soon. Tip for the hotel: it is nice to have also handsoap in the kitchen as well and a little towel.

I arrived at the hotel the beginning of December for business. The staff was super friendly. The room was neat and well designed. The room has a fully equipped kitchen which is ideal (especially now). I can recommend premier suites to everyone and I will come certainly back. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed 27 nights in the Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam during my one-month-long business trip. I was excited to stay in such a new hotel. Unexpectedly, I had to postpone my arrival for three days. One phone call to the reception and they took care that my reservation was held. Of course, I was expected to pay for those days also that I could not attend. (I understand the day rate, but taxes per day, even so, I wasn't present on those days?) On arrival, everything seemed good: personnel at the reception were nice, the room was clean and had the facilities promised. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had enough equipment so I could make various foods during the month, noise insulation between rooms and hallways was above average, and every day I walked past the reception I got greeted. Then the criticism: During the booking, I could reserve complimentary slippers and a bathrobe free of charge. These were absent from day one. Also, because I stayed for a longer period, I got free weekly cleaning service. At check-in, this was told to happen every Tuesday. I was asked to move my own stuff away for those days so the cleaning service could do their best because they are not allowed to move the resident's belongings. First week, cleaning happened on Monday. Alright, no biggie, I am better prepped next week. They followed the routine to clean rooms on Mondays. Except the last week's Monday. I asked about the situation from reception. They were shocked and apologized me countless times and promised to take the word to the cleaning service, and clean the apartment the next day. But cleaning didn't happen. Either they forgot, or the cleaning service once again forgot/did not care. The hotel had hanging cards for the door e.g. please empty trash can. I had it hanging from the moment I noticed on Monday afternoon that my room was not cleaned till next day 16:00. On Tuesday, the cleaning service did empty the trash. No apologies, or any comments. I mentioned this also during my check-out, and the reception was once again confused. More about the cleaning: I think they did nothing for the floors. They did vacuum the floors in the hallway. Why not the apartments then? In a month you do gather some dirt to the floors, especially because there are no carpets. Additionally, the quality of the cleaning varied every week. One week I got a new batch of bottled water, last two weeks I didn't. The first weeks cleaning was done during the day before 15:00 (check-in starts at that time). Second last week cleaning was ongoing after 15:00 once I arrived from work. All in all, Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam does have good location near the Amsterdam-Zuid train station (only 6 minutes to the Schiphol Airport). Also, easy connection to the city center. They had nice rooms with good amount of facilities. Still, being new is not enough to be luxurious. Problems with the cleaning service need to be resolved. Even the main lobby floor was noticeable dirtier on my departure date compared to the arrival date. I am not saying this was bad experience overall. With this day rate, a luxurious apartment hotel should just offer more expectable services. Luxury.

We have spent 5 nights in this hotel which was only open since a few days. We loved our stay right from the start with a warm welcome of the staff which was really helpful and careful throughout our stay. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. The apartment was really spacious with big windows offering amazing views! The beds are super comfortable. We had also 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is new and clean. In the lobby you are able to buy some drinks and snacks for in your room. Otherwise you have plenty of restaurant, bars, supermarket at close proximity of the property. The metro station is only a 5-min walk with direct connection to the city centre which takes about 20-min. The hotel offers parking too and is right next to the highway. It was very easy to find. We really appreciated our stay here and hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!
