Lovely trendy hotel, location is perfect directly opposite trams that take you most places ( around 10mins from Dan Square & central station) We had an attic room which was very large ( little skylight with remote control shutter) lovely bathroom ( shower only) with slippers and robes, and hairdryer in room. Mini fridge stocked with water on arrival and also coffee machine ( can’t comment on this didn’t use) Lovely welcoming reception staff, only downside was the restaurant and bar was closed our full 4 days - not sure what reason was possibly staff issues, which kind of took away from experience being able to relax after a day sightseeing on the bar area.

We stayed at the Hotel Notting Hill for six nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and greeted us when we checked in with cold water and a pastry. Our room was beautiful - we had the deluxe room with a canal view. It was very spacious and had a small seating area, a small fridge, and plenty of storage. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet area, but was close to the tram stop and within a short walking distance of many attractions. We would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

A very friendly hotel, staff were always very helpful The on-line check in option made life a lot easier as we were in our room minutes from arrival Rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel also has a good buffet breakfast. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from Dam Square so be prepared to walk, or take the Tram (stop outside the hotel) I would return to this hotel next time we are in Amsterdam

The hotel is located in a good area, restaurants, supermarket and sights are in walking distance. Tram stop right outside. The staff is very friendly and amazing espacially the ladies at breakfast. They were so joyfull in the morning. Awesome breakfast with fresh smoothies The room we stayed in was awesome with very comfy beds. Ecxept the pillows, they were quite uncomfortable. The room was very quiet and had a little fridge and a coffe/tea maker. I will definitely stay in the hotel again

This a great place to stay. The tram is right outside and connects you to everywhere within minutes. It’s a 15 min walk to the Rijksmuseum. Great coffee shops nearby and there is a canal view. Rooms are nicely appointed. downsides were that our deluxe double room was pretty dark bc a giant tree was right against the window and all the breakfast options were cold (eggs, pancakes). Cold food isn’t appetizing to eat.

I stayed here for four nights. The hotel is within walking distance to many amenities. There is a tram stop right outside that takes you to and from the main train station. The hotel is very nice and newly decorated. I didn’t eat or have drinks here so cannot comment on that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room (312) was beautiful. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, flat screen tv, mini fridge (not stocked). The bathroom is nice and is equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer (not powerful, so if you have thick hair- bring your own). There was shampoo but no shower gel. Towels, facecloths, robes and slippers are also provided. All in all a nice hotel.

We arrived around 12:00 on a Thursday and wanted to drop our bags off to start exploring (yes - if you have a reservation you can drop bags off, no nannybag needed), however, the gentleman at the front desk found a prepared room ready for us since we had been traveling. The room was nice and clean - no complaints. One downside was no USB ports, so make sure you have a proper electric converter. Bar inside serves beer, wine, and a few cocktails. Breakfast is optional, if you are looking to try local eateries. Location is a little far - but local transportation can be picked up right outside. Uber runs and is fair price.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel and great location. Upon arrival our room was not ready and we were given a free drink at the bar. We were then upgraded from a basic attic room to a canal view room for our entire stay which was fabulous. The room is modern and very clean. Location is excellent, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance and trams were easy to use when we wanted to go further. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return :)

Boutique hotel with tiny bathroom. Shower gel empty on arrival. Having paid local taxes in advance on booking via Expedia had to pay them again on arrival to the hotel - staff handled it by saying that’s what Expedia do rather than sorting it. Not worth the expense nor aggravation.

Thank you for your comments. We have passed your remarks about the taxes to the city of Amsterdam (who is responsible for these taxes) as well as the Expedia Marketing department to check the information online to make it more clear. Again, thank you for sharing so we can improve our service. Warm regards,

Very nice stay, room is comfortable and clean. Front desk personnel is so attentive. We stayed 2 nights and was very pleasant. Hotel is a bit far from city downtown but you can take city transportation just in front of the hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood, you can walk around the area and feel safe. Definitively I'll recommend this hotel to a friend or family. The hotel was very good for the money paid.
