I truly cannot wait to return to this hotel. The customer service is five star. My friend and I had just spent a week in an Airbnb so our stay at Hotel Sebastian's was refreshing. The first impression was a great one - the hotel was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off a day early, as...

Having stayed at good quality hotels round the world I was a little concerned when my wife booked Sebastians for the both of us, the reviews were very good but it was only classed as a three star. Well, having stayed at Sebastian's the only thing I cannot understand is why this hotel has only three stars, I think many...

Classy and full of character. I've stayed in many Amsterdam hotels, and have found this the nicest. It's not the cheapest available, but you get what you pay for, and I'd look this one up first when I plan my next trip. Nice quiet canal side setting. Room a decent size, has a fridge for your munchies!

We stayed at Sebastian's for 2 nights in the 1st floor front room facing the canal. Perfect customer service, comfy room (and bed!), all of the amenities one could want or need. A bit dimly lit for me, but that is the only slightly constructive piece of criticism I can think of. Breakfast at 10 euro a decent value and...

We chose Hotel Sebastians because it had a room for 4 people, as a family its quite difficult getting a hotel which can accommodate all of us in one room so this was a bonus. We travel a lot and have experienced all levels of hotels but I have to say that Hotel Sebastians ticked all our box of requirements....

We loved this cozy, charming hotel where we had a 5 night stay in early December. The young staff is amazingly helpful - they far surpassed concierge service I've had in much grander hotels! Our rooms were large and comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is excellent - on a lovely canal within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants and...

Lovely, small boutique hotel near the train station but on a canal street. Walking distance to the city center. Nice decor--lots of purple and orange! Small room but very clean. Modern bathroom, a hidden fridge, coffeemaker, comfortable bed, etc. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased. Friendly staff with suggestions for restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We selected Sebastian's because they had a recently upgraded room that was oversized and could accommodate my family of five. The room was large, clean and had everything we wanted, including beds for five. The best part of this hotel was the service. We ran into some problems and they went above and beyond to help. For instance, my 6-year...

I visited Hotel Sebastian's with 2 friends from 21st Dec-23rd Dec & we opted for the triple room with 3 single beds. The room was very clean and of a good size with very comfortable beds & very good amenities. What stands out the most about this boutique hotel is how friendly and helpful all the staff were. On arrival,...
