Just home from a romantic weekend at the Canal House. We booked the top room and were not disappointed with it's gorgeous decor and penthouse feel. The hotel itself has a classic vibe with beautiful artifacts from it's former use as a school. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was well presented and good quality with...

The hotel itself was very lovely - a special place to stay! Fabulous setting and location with a wonderful garden. Breakfast and the room were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return tomorrow! A...

This was our first trip to Amsterdam and we were really pleased with our choice of hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights from 9th April. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden & much larger than expected. Nice selection of cereals, fruit, pastries for breakfast. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Location was perfect, popular but still quiet, calm &...

This is a very nice small hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Rooms are very nicely done. Super convenient location if you want to stay in the center. Rooms are nice, cosy and very clean. Strongly recommended.

I stayed her for a couple of nights for a birthday weekend. The hotel is located centrally on the Keizersgracht which is a lovely canal with beautiful buildings and the hotel is one (or rather three townhouses made into one). It has a discreet entrance and looks elegant. On entering we were greeted warmly and checked in, although as our...

It is often the case that a luxury hotel will have slightly snobby staff, that was NOT the case here. The staff makes you feel comfortable and accommodates any requests with grace and a smile. The location is wonderful and I was able to walk to the Anne Frank House, the Central Train Station and the main shopping streets. The...

Stayed last week for three night. Very nice room overlooking the garden. The hotel is really atmospheric being an old canal house which is beautifully decorated. The room size was good and we had all the amenities we required. The breakfast room was spacious and served up a lovely help yourself buffet breakfast (cooked available). The hotel is centrally located...

We prefer boutique hotels and having tried The Dylan thought we would go to this one for our next visit to Amsterdam. The room looked over the garden which was nice and as it snowed it made it look very picture postcard. It felt a bit on the small side but OK for 2 nights. One thing was that cooking...
