Just had 5 days at the Pulitzer Hotel in Amsterdam with wife and 3 kids. Great location, fantastic hotel, and the most helpful and polite staff I have ever come across. So glad we choose The Pulitzer for our Amsterdam holiday.

The front of house team were absolutely brilliant. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hotel feels special and unique. From the beautiful pictures that hang along the corridors, to the diverse pieces of furniture - nothing feels like a standard, clinical hotel. The bar was both modern and cosy, the rooms were clean, quirky...

We went with two friends for a birthday celebration. The hotel was outstanding, calm, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were fantastic - particularly going the extra mile to help one of our party who had mobility problems - always friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bars were great. All in all a truly outstanding break

We've stayed at the Pulitzer many times over the years including last year during the remodel. Despite the chaos of the remodel last year's stay was one of our best. Based on that we decided to spend my birthday there, again, this year. We requested the same room (generous king) as we had last year but were told it had...

The Pulitzer combined 13 private homes to make one large hotel that winds around an entire block. The space is so well designed and decorated and the staff was so great. We were in three cities over 10 days and finished at the Pulitzer which was the highlight of our trip. Most comfortable bed imaginable and the room was fantastic....

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year and they really looked after us. We had to extend our stay by a night as BA had cancelled our flight and they couldn't have been more helpful. Perfectly located about 100 metres up from Anne Frank's House and within easy walk of all the other sights. Very comfortable.

Authentic and local but also modernized and luxurious. Nice in house restaurant and wonderful breakfast -- buffet and a la carte both included in breakfast plus room option. WiFi was fine. Staff are so friendly, genuinely so. Only downsides for us were that the king size bed was really one of the most comfortable beds ever, but the rollaway (for...

Went with wife for the weekend. Stayed in room 340 - queen sized. Interior Courtyard view right by a church. Knew we would not spend much time in the hotel but I wanted well located, plush and easy for wife. The room was great, so quiet, lovely amenities and v clean, perfect bed, drapes blocked all light. Wife loved the...

I have stayed in many hotels over the years both for business and for pleasure - and I can honestly say that the entire experience from making the reservation, through to arrival, the concierge, the ambience was truly quite exceptional. I rarely do hotel reviews - but this time I felt I had just had to do one!

I visited the Pulitzer on a recommendation. I had a glass of wine on a warm September day, and it was heaven. The patio is beautiful and peaceful, and the glass of wine was affordable! Definitely recommended for a stop on a nice day.
