I'm not an easy traveller. Small things annoy me about hotels from breakfasts to bath towels to the position of taps in the bathroom. But I have literally nothing to complain about with the Pulitzer. It was a joy from start to finish. Beautiful building, great comfortable room, fresh coffee with a cafetière in room, the best breakfast I've had...

My partner and I arrived from Paris for the tail end of our wonderful honeymoon, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, we had a spacious room for Amsterdam standards, overlooking the canal, and very close to all major amenities. The staff was warm and friendly, going above and beyond expectaitons.

We visited with the family for a city trip and absolutely loved the place. Service is very much 5* star and the setting of the hotel (collection of 25 townhouses) is stunning. The location is quiet yet very central and walking distance to the major sights. The only slight downside was that the rooms can be on the small side...

A fabulous hotel with incredible decor (including lots of characterful and diverse art), service, and location. Quite simply, as good as a city hotel gets! All of this in a wonderful character building with lovely grounds.

This is one of the coolest properties I have ever seen: an architectural wonder! And the staff and service are top notch making this an absolutely amazing experience. I would recommend breakfast in Janz each morning, and finishing your night at the Pulitzer Bar. Our room was awesome too but just as great to sit out on one of the...

Really lovely hotel in centre of Amsterdam. I visited on a gloriously sunny day and sat outside in the shaded garden. The hotel comprises 17 canalside houses that have been turned into a really unique hotel. It's a bit difficult to find your room because of the unusual configuration but that's a minor quibble. It's pricey but as I wasn't...

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Europe! From the location, to the promptness and helpfulness of the staff everything is top notch. We were in a Classic Suite facing the canal, which I feel is the best way to enjoy this hotel and what the canals have to offer. The breakfast is by far...

The Pulitzer is in the BEST location in Amsterdam, the design, decor, and rooms are fantastic and the staff could not be nicer. LOVED it!! We would definitely recommend this property and if possible, suggest a canal facing room for the lovely view.
