Bees B&B was our home during the Amsterdam leg of this month's European visit. The breakfasts were outstanding and ready outside our door each morning at the requested time. The room was well appointed and generous in space. Most important, the location was great. Overlooking a canal, we were no more than a minute or two from the Anne Frank...

We would like to tell everyone how much we enjoyed our second stay at Bees B&B. As before evertything was perfect. Brigitte and Hans are such a lovely couple, and they make you feel relaxed and at home straight away, with a much welcome cup of tea and biscuits. The room is lovely. Comfortable bed, Wet room shower and a...

I spent some time researching this break in Amsterdam and Bees B&B seemed exactly what we were looking for, and then some. The studio apartment is beautiful, the breakfast fantastic, and Hans and Brigitte have thought about everything, including hairdryer, magnifying mirror, games, books, DVDs, menus from local restaurants and even a couple of beers in the fridge. The shower...

This should be called the Best not Bees as I defy anyone to disagree with us. We visited Amsterdam for my husbands 70th birthday never having been before. We cannot shout loudly enough about how good Bees is. Starting with the ensuite room which was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable, lots of hot water at any time for a...

This is a great modern apartment with all the household amenities, great bathroom/shower! Kitchenette was well equipped and fridge came filled with salami & cheese, juices, beer, yogurt, butter & chocolates (on top of breakfast which included fruit, bread & fresh orange juice) The windows open to a small courtyard (not a busy street) so the apartment is very quiet....

Thank you for submitting positive comments about our B&B. We are pleased that you were happy with the location and all the facilities in the studio. However, we do need to respond to your final comments. The staircases of traditional Amsterdam houses (especially canal houses) are infamous, and they are indeed steep to most 'foreign' eyes. In general, guests do...

If this is your first time to the European continent and you speak only English, then you need to make a reservation with the Lantings of Bees B&B. Our hosts had all the information, especially how to get from the Schipol Airport. The breakfast was fantastic - the salami and cheese to die for - plus a kitchenette when you...

Fantastic place, very handy for airport and attractions in central Amsterdam, 5-10 minute walk into Dam Square. Private studio apartment in a typical Amsterdam house on the canal side. Han's & Brigitte are excellent hosts and nothing is two much trouble. Anne Frank house just round the corner. Fantastic breakfasts.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Bees B&B immensely. Our hosts were most gracious, the breakfast provided was excellent, and assorted treats were left for us to nibble on, in addition to a fully stocked refrigerator. The location is very central, and a visit to Amsterdam is a must!

The entire stay was excellent. The location is very very central, 10 min to Central Station 5 minutes to Dam and many cute shops around. The accommodation was very clean, nicely decorated and really comfortable beds. Cooking can be without problems in the small kitchenette and breakfast will be provided. That was every day on time, prepared delicious and lovingly....
