Positives: Visually stunning hotel Spacious rooms Striking decor Friendly, helpful staff Brilliant location - a short walk from the Metro and tram. Negatives The food - we had one meal at the restaurant the night we arrived, and never went back. After waiting for quite a long time after making our order, the food arrived lukewarm and had little to no flavour. My meal was more palatable than my aunt's, but it tasted more like food I would get on an aeroplane than expected in such an expensive restaurant. Also, and this is a smaller gripe, but it would be nice if the curtains were easier to close. And to have an aircon which was simpler to use.
Very good, easy access hotel when visiting RAI exhibitions. Train in 20 min from Schipol to the RAI station and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Peaceful room and great breakfast buffet in two locations when there was full house. Still not crowded.
Sorry at 250 euro per night this was a really dissapointing experience.. called roomservice at 23.55 only to know that the service ended... They also dont speak local language it seems maybe its gone a bit over their head. So much places with better service, never again. Business traveller
This hotel has everything. Rooms were very modern and clean, the location is fantastic, breakfast on the 17th floor was a great way to start the day. My only fault is queues at reception were rather long, but a hotel this good, I can understand why and staff were all working as quick as possible. Will certainly be back on my next visit ti Amsterdam
Hotel was impressive from start to finish. Friendly staff at check in, upgraded our room and gave us local recommendations. Hotel itself has such a cool vibe. The rooms are great - really funky and plenty room with huge walk in showers. The staff were great and went over and above at every opportunity. Can't wait to visit again.
