Double room which was tiny & noise all night long coming from a club across the street!! Room was clean but so small. Very close location to Dam Sq, walking distance to Central station & red light district. Staff were very helpful. We were staying for the Amsterdam marathon & got tram information from the staff. Lots of good eating...

This hotel is easy to get to, tram 1,2 and 5 go from central station. It's easily accessible for public transport. It is not suitable if you are disabled. We had room 106 on the first floor, there is no lift, so be mindful of this when booking, it will not suit anyone of retirement age. The hotel is basic...

Stayed here last year November for 2 nights. The rooms weren't great but for a weekend in Amsterdam all I need is a clean bed and clean bathroom, which you get with this place. The location of this place is the best thing. It was so convenient to get around and everyone so friendly. FYI, no lifts in this place...

We are students so we're looking for a budget hotel, which is what we got but with a slight feel of luxury! Gorgeous walk in shower bathroom, huge windows. I can't complain at all, it's the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. I think by the sounds of the past reviews, people were forgetting this is a 2* place,...

The rooms are small as some of the reviews said, but for the price we got we did not expect the Presidential Suite. The bed was amazing, bathroom was new and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect as we were able to walk everywhere. Also easily accessible from the airport. Took the train and from the train station...

I was on the top floor at the rear, which was a lot of stairs as there is no lift. on the first night i realised it was a blessing in disguise as the road outside the front is very lively late into the night, so could affect light sleepers on lower floors or at the front of the hotel....

I am unsure where to start. This was easily my most disappointing hotel experience in the last 10 years. On arrival we were greeted by a disinterested member of staff who checked us in to room 103 in the basement. This room had no windows and the only natural light was from a small hatch door that opened up to...

I will start with the good point, the location is great with easy access to many places. There is a tram stop within 2mins walk. Now on to the bad ones, the service was very bad, The girl behind the desk was very rude. We got blamed and charged for a door fault that was just down to their system...
