My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at Vondel View last week. The Suite is huge, beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc all high quality. The location is superb, just a few steps from Vondelpark and Tram #1, short lovely walks through the park to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and...

This is a wonderful option for staying in Amsterdam. First, it is in a quiet part of the city easily accessible by Tram #1 from Central Station (about 10 minutes) and right next to the beautiful Vondel Park. Even if you wanted to walk from the B&B to the city center it's only a 30 minute walk. Christine and I...

My wife and I recently retired and spent 4 wks traveling in the Netherlands and France. We stayed at multiple locations and Vondel View B&B was the first and best. Rita was a gracious host and the suite on the first floor was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal. Tram is steps away, and one of our fondest memories...

This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. We had booked online and chose the Garden Room which is on the top floor. Arriving on the tram, we followed the detailed directions supplied by our hostess and found it with no trouble. The location is excellent as it close to a lovely park and within walking distance of the museums...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vondelview B&B / Apartment in April. The main floor suite was large and very comfortable. Vondelview is a in a great location, a stone’s throw from Vondel Park and close to the #1 tram line. Rita, the host, was warm and welcoming and full of great information. We would definitely stay there again,...

We stayed in the Vondel View B&B apartment in April 2016. This apartment has a very small refrigerator but nothing to cook with. It is on the second floor of the house. When we arrived, we were shocked at the narrow winding staircase that we had to climb to access the apartment. This difficult and treacherous access was never mentioned...

The location was great for us, easy walking distance to the Museums through the Park. My sister hurt her foot in the airport and Rita was so helpful in bringing her a foot bath for a warm soak. She also made us feel very welcome even after the inconvenience of our delayed arrival. Thank You ! The apartment is well...

Really enjoyed our stay here, rooms are lovely & everything provided has been well thought through. Just a few metres from an entrance to Vondel park, so an easy walk to the museums & Leidesplein. Just a minutes walk to a tramline which then goes through the centre of the city through to central station - would thoroughly recommend! Thank...

Our daughter and family moved to amsterdam in January - we went over to "check things out". The Vondel View and owner Rita couldn't have been a more perfect choice for our stay. The apartment is so nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. Rita is so very thoughtful in adding amenities, like slippers, facial clothes and lush towels...

RITA is wonderful. Really helpful for all your needs. Location great for park, museums and tram to the centre. Couldn't fault it and great VFM. If you are a bit unsteady best to avoid the upstairs room but we had no issues with the stairs. Would recommend.
