Room small, sink outside of toilet, reception wasnt very friendly, few metres away from tram no 4 that goes to central station. Very basic room with no kettle n ironing facilities. Would choose hotel that closer to central station because hard to commute with tram with heavy luggages.

Very small hotel. If you want cheap and cheerful this is a place to go but not if you want luxury. It is very small with no move room. Toilet is tiny with shower in there. Literally the whole room is a swimming pool when you have a shower so go toilet before you have a shower as you won't...

A budget Hotel well situated for exploring Amsterdam. On arrival we were greeted by a tatty foyer, and there was a problem with the booking of our breakfasts. However our room was clean and tidy, but beds were awful. The one my wife used had a hole in both sides of the mattress & the en-suite was tiny but functional....

Me and my wife spent 3 nights at the Iris Hotel, and its was more than suitable for a short-break at Amsterdam. It was basic and nothing exciting, but it was clean with the towels/bed sheets changed daily. The location was only a 10 mins walk to Rembrandt Square and 30 mins to the Red Light District and for people...

I understood when I booked this hotel that it was only 2 star however I did not expect a bed with no head board so you could not even relax to watch the TV. There was long black hairs in the shower which we showed the staff. The breakfast was poor value and unfortunately we payed in advance which is...

Clean. The front entrance stairs could be cleaner. Decor as stated previously needs freshened up. Our room 2 singles had only enough room to walk crabwise between beds. Didn't try the breakfast for €9. Walked over the bridge to Lidl bought pastries for €0.55! Would say it is let down by not having a kettle in the room not everyone...

Hotel was in a good location, staff helpful and friendly. However the negative side was the bedroom which I am sure was smaller than a prison cell, very small very little room at all. And the bathroom / toilet was beyond belief!!!! I could not even close the toilet door as my average 6.0 height meant that my legs entered...

Nice small hotel, it really good location. Staff are really nice and helpful. Has really cozy and nice chillout area, but sadly closes 10pm -11pm. Small breakfast, but does its job :) Remember - everywhere is good, if you feel good! PEACE

Dirty and noisy but centrally located! We heard every noise around the hotel! The stairs were very narrow and dangerous with the luggage and your stuff generally! We stayed on the 3rd floor so that was a problem for us! The only thing that was okay was the location! Iris was very close to the centre! Didnt worth its money...
