The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. And the location is excellent as only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Breakfast was included in the trendy cafe ‘Buurt’ - just a few minutes away. On the negative side: the entrance is a bit ‘dodgy’ (as in an alleyway) and the staircase to our room was extremely steep (ie not suitable for elderly). Conclusion: good price/quality and an excellent modern and clean alternative in the middle of Den Bosch!

I stayed at this B&B for approximately 3 weeks. It was definitely one of the best accommodations I have stayed at. Everything was up to standard and super clean. Luciënne (the landlady) was a gem! She was very warm, hospitable and attentive to any additional needs one may have required to make one’s stay more enjoyable.

Lucienne, the owner, is a delightful hostess. The rooms are small, but clean and neat, breakfast is ample, healthy, and tasty, and it's located within walking distance of everything in this fascinating city. The price is very reasonable.

We had a lovely night at this very good equipped accommodation. Our room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the common kitchen was just in front of the door, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. And the wifi wasn't really working from there either. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, and the landlady was really nice as well

After a tiring day driving from Frankfurt, we lucked in with this beautiful little B&B in Den Bosch. So close to the town centre (500 metres), Lucienne was so lovely, warm and welcoming. The B&B was very quant, beautifully decorated in the industrial theme, very clean with everything you could possibly need including complementary parking not far away for overnight stay only, you will need to pay for parking during the day, which is a real bonus when travelling through Holland on a budget. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious. Would recommend in an instant. Delightful!

Wonderful owner, great room, perfect area. This is why i prefer a B&B over a hotel. We had a great time, the B&B is in a small alley in the quiet part of the historical city center. Everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed wonderful days in 's-Hertogenbosch and the B&B felt like our home away from home.

You can't get a better Bed & Breakfast than this one. The owner is attentive and sweet, yet there is completele privacy. Rooms are very clean and modern, in a very charming old building in a little alley in the centre of town. Although you're just a short walk away from the buzzing centre of town, with all its restaurants, shops and historical buildings, the bed & breakfast is a piece of peace and tranquility. Breakfast was served on the terrace which overlooks beautiful gardens and a nature reserve just out of town. Highly recommended!

Den Bosch is a lovely town for a weekend break. An this B&B is the perfect place from which to do it. Only 3 rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. Each room has a small neat bathroom. Breakfast is served at 9.30 by the lovely owner Lucienne. Then you are ready to explore the shopping and the sights. Enjoy!

We only got to stay here one night. We were visiting friends who live in 's-Hertogenbosch. Wish we had planned on a few nights. Lucienne (the owner) was great. The place is really cute and comfortable. it is walking distance to stores and restaurants. We had a great time. We didn't plan on breakfast because we were leaving early for Amsterdam. Lucienne did make us coffee which was great. She was cooking breakfast for some other guest and it really looked good! Can't wait to come back. The rooms are so cute. We didn't get to use the patio because the weather wasn't the greatest. A very warm and welcoming place! Thank You!!!

what i liked: nice french style rooms, kitchen with self service bar and nice terrace what i hated: maximum room temperature was 19 degree Celsius on top of heating issue, the owner could not be contacted within a decent timeframe. The email response i got was not what i expected. i will never return here.

This traveler was angry because I had pointed out to him that he could not smoke in his room. The room was cold because he had opened the windows for cover up the smoke smell.
