Not a good experience, wouldn’t go back. We couldn’t turn on the light in the bathroom as it triggered an extractor which was verrry loud and it would continue for hours after the light was off. Very aweful if you’re trying to have a nice nap. Asked if it could be turned off but the guy at reception “didn’t think so” The hallway and the room were a bit dusty. At breakfast several things were empty at breakfast, the coffee was horrible. After asking for butter they told us they were out (wut) only to see it refilled a while later. There were pancakes, which were nice.

At the reception it smelled like smoking people around midnight check in. Very loud music was played, 1 meter away from reception unable to understand each other. Stayed on points, but was forced to deposit 100euro for guarantee, even though in my profile they can see my registered credit card already and my lifetime titanium status should have been a give away for good standing. Reception had no clue what to do with titanium members, and even told us so. Had to get back next morning to talk about this. No access to parking garage was given. Had to use outside the hotel public parking. Even though staying on points and everything costs wise should be included, I was ask to pay 3 euro for tourist tax per room. What a joke. Breakfast was nice. Top floor has a nice bar and restaurant, but restaurant was not in use(yet)…

Dear Theod446, As first I would like to thank you for the feedback provided. It is of high importance for us to improve our day to day operations. Unfortunately you have had an experience that doesn't fit our brand standards which deserves my sincere apologies. Nevertheless, as my colleagues explained, a deposit is a brand standard and a must at out property. Our hotel doesn't have an on site parking garage, the parking underneath the hotel isn't ours so we cannot give you access. The tourist tax is never included in the points stay, this because the local government requires this to charge each guests after staying for a night. Luckily you enjoyed the breakfast and our rooftop bar! I hope we can welcome you back one day. Then please feel free to contact me in advance, so I can take care of your stay personally. The stay was very comfartable and pleasant. The diner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel is brandnew and that was also nice. The nice carpets everywhere, the very beautiful suite and nice bathroom. Also the staff members were more than OK! The next time we will stay a few days more

I booked a room for the anniversary of me and my boyfriend, the check in went amazingly quick since I did the mobile check in via the Marriott Bonvoy App. The room had a lovely view of Den Bosch and we even got a handwritten welcome card from Karlien. After that we enjoyed some amazing drinks at the newly opened Rooftop bar. Even when I asked for a special cocktail they made it perfectly!! After that we had some food in the restaurant downstairs. The waiters were very kind, especially Daan! Can't wait to visit this hotel again, and I want to congratulate everyone on the opening!! Kind regards, Rebecca

Newly opened Modern hotel. Location is a straight 8-10 minute walk from the back exit of the train station. Comfortable rooms, hospitable staff and an excellent breakfast with hot items cooked to order. My platinum status was recognised at check in and was upgraded to a suite which is actually a larger room with a sitting on the side. Old town with its restaurants is an easy 20 minutes walk and if location is not an issue this should be the hotel of choice.

The hotel was perfect, big rooms, good service, great location and great breakfast. I would give 5 start than this happend. My Iphone fast charger and cable 65euro went missing the last night in the room and noone got idea how this happened. I would stay again and recommend the hotel. if again something went missing I will not be that polite.

Nice hotel a bit outside of the old town. New hotel, processes must be settled (ordering and paying at the bar). Bicycles must be rented for EUR 16 per day with signing a big declaration. Floors on the room-levels are not cleaned properly, do not wear black socks.

We had an amazing stay at the Den! The rooms on the 7th floor were comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Beautiful bathroom & a great view. Our girls (16 & 18) loved the rooftop bar and so did we :) Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and the hotel restaurant is fabulous. All employees were super friendly, proud of the hotel doing their utmost to make our stay unforgettable. We love this hotel and will definitely return!
