Stayed at this hotel for the Rieu concert in July. First impressions were not good as every time we plugged an electrical item in the socket the power tripped. However this is a hotel with its quirks. It was an enjoyable stay. The room we stayed in had a very comfortable, bed was lovely and soft. It was clean and... More

Last weekend we spent one night in this small but convenient hotel. Good beds, coffee and breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to everything. We will quite sure choose it again for a weekend of dining and shopping at Maastricht.

This small (family) hotel in the center of beautiful Maastricht offers a welcome retreat from the hectic environment every city offers. The central 'living room' with coffee and tea offers a nice place to stopover on your way to your room. Rooms are spacious and (although minimalistic in furniture) offer a great bed, sufficient space to unpack your suitcase should... More

A perfect location, furnished in a simple but very elegant way. Our room was right under the roof, with beautiful visible beams. The lighting in the room was a bit lacking and the moquette should be reviewed, but these things have no influence whatsoever on the pleasure of your stay! The receptionists are very kind and helpful.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 2 nights while visiting a friend in Holland. This hotel is tucked away down a very narrow street but is within easy walking distance to the main square, shops and restaurants. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable in a quirky way, certainly not a corporate hotel. Nice touches were the... More

This is such a charming hotel ! Yes, beware that there is no lift and the stairs are considerable with medium to large suitcases, (they will help you), but the atmosphere outweighs this. Wonderful hotel - charming and old, yet contemporary all at the same time. The young owners have done a wonderful job and the room I was in... More

As my daughter studies in Maastricht,I'll try out a lot of hotels. I can add this to my favorites. In the old town. The owner is very nice. Explained where to park the car for less money. My room was clean, bathroom too. Was looking out on the tiny backyard and had no noice at all. Slept like a princess on... More

Chose this hotel for a visit to the Andre Rieu concert as it was only a 5 minute walk from the Vrijthof. Not only was it convenient but also a great find. We loved the various quirky bits and décor, the owners were extremely helpful ,rooms comfortable and excellent breakfasts. If you are visiting next year for the concerts (or any... More

First of all I am glad that we used the satnav in the car because this hotel can be hard to find until you learn your way around. It is RIGHT in the middle of town, but on a quiet street with almost no traffic. In fact we had to park on the pavement to unload the bags and then... More

Really nice hotel in the old centre of Maastricht. Around the corner of Vrijthof. The room was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom large with a bath that functions as shower too. We stayed on the ground floor behind the reception area. Our room looked out over a small courtyard. Breakfast was good with various bread choices as well as... More
