I booked a 6 person apartment for two nights so we could attend the midnight Christmas Mass in the Onze Lievevrouwekerk, and we were very happy with the apartment. They moved us to ground floor on request as my mother has trouble with stairs. It was very spacious, clean, well-equipped, modern and a lovely location in the Hoogbrugstraat (near Crown...

We booked two apartments for a weekend, two families travelling together, well in advance of our arrival to ensure rooms together. We were arriving late at night which we let the hotel know in advance. On arrival, reception didn't seem to know where we were going and eventually (because they 'were busy') put us into two different locations in the...

This time I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on Kleine Graacht. It would not be suitable for those with mobility problems as the marble, spiral stairs are very steep. But it was a lovely place and very quiet, except when the Netherlands scored their third goal against Australia in the World Cup. It would probably be enhanced with a...

The location was good, but far from the place where you check in and check out. Luckily, we had the option to reach the apartment (Tongersestraat 70) by car, but I wonder how people without a car have to manage. The apartment was small, the floors cold and there was dust everywhere on the floors. Bathroom very basic, but fairly...

DO NOT STAY HERE. My room - apt. C01 on Tongerseweg 42 - was an extremely basic and drab student pad with no iron, no hair dryer, a tepid trickle of a shower and, worst of all, no toilet paper. Admittedly I was in Maastricht at a very busy time, but you would expect toilet paper for 120 euros a...

The hotel is quite hard to find and the apartments even more so (the post code dropped us half a mile away), however we eventually found it, parking was close by and access to the entrance was easy. We had been allocated apartment D which of course was on the third floor, there was no lift and the stairs....! well...

Apartment C building 79. What a nasty little place. So bad that we rented another apartment (which was beautiful and cheaper) - we didn't even bother to unpack. An unpleasant experience. We now try to obtain our 3 days refund. Please do not book this - it is similar to squalid student housing you find in cities all over the...

This review is for Hoogbrugstraat 34, Apt B - you pick up your key from Hotel Bigarre and then go to apartment, they are around the town. Friendly welcome, supplied with info pack (in Dutch), keys and an info sheet with apartment address on. The sheet also said an inventory is supplied (it wasn't) - didn't bother me too much...

I stayed at Tongelestraat 42, which suited me as it was a short walk to my son's student apartment in Rutensingel. It is also near several useful restaurants and a Jan Linders supermarket on Tongerlelaan. At the same time it it is near the centre. Parking is on street and a Maastrichts usual exorbitant rates, but there were plenty of...

We arrived at the address in a taxi with a lot of luggage After the taxi had left we discovered that this was not where we were staying - this was just the booking office. Our apartment was another kilometre away. Perhaps this was stated somewhere when I booked, but I did not notice it. So .. a warning if...

“I have read some reviews about smaller apartments not being very great, but this 6 person apartment in de Hoogbrugstraat was wonderful and very reasonably priced, ground floor apartment is the biggest in the building.”
