In late January 2017, we booked a room in the hotel « Hôtel Boutique Sint Jacob » for the night of the 24 or 25th of February 2017. While it wasn’t possible anymore to modify our reservation, we were informed of the fact the Maastricht’s Carnival would be held on Saturday February 25th. On the 24th, we realized that the...

I was delighted to see how close this hotel was to everything. The checkin was perfect. The room lovely overlooking the garden. It was nice and airy, and although the water and tea coffee was not refreshed during the stay (2 nights) I don't really have any complaints.

Dear TripAdvisor travellers, Maastricht is a really beautiful, old city and staying in this hotel makes it even more nice! First of all, Boutique Hotel Sint Jaboc is a great place to stay, just a limit number of hotel rooms, perfectly located in the middle of the center (next to the Vrijthof and 5 minutes walk to the Onze Lieve...

I ended up paying WAY too much money for this place. Thread bare does not mean antique, I'm not sure what rooms they have pictures of, but it certainly wasn't what my room looked like. It was run-down, shabby, overpriced and painted over. Walls are paper thin. You could hear the other travelers like standing in the kitchen and listening...

We stayed there for André Rieu concert and location is perfect. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms, great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for shopping and sightseeing. We will be back! It was a very relaxing break..

We stayed for the Andre Rieu concert and it was fantastic. We booked a car space in a nearby carpark and all worked out really well. The instructions provided were very helpful for locating and accessing and the hotel fee for the car park was much better than the standard fee. We loved the rooms in the hotel- full of...

I am completely appalled by the low level of customer service provided by you on my husband and I's recent visit!! As you are aware, our room was not serviced on our second day, bearing in mind we were out of it for four hours in the morning! I brought this up with the receptionist, and advised her that I...

Charming little hotel, just a few steps away from both the Vrijthof and the Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein. We booked a nice room on the second floot (there is no elevator). The walls seemed like paper, it was very noisy, we heard every word the neighbors said. There are better choices in de centre of Maastricht.

A really nicely refurbished building with clean and spacious rooms. The bathroom was very modern and also large. We had two rooms facing the street. If you're going to Maastricht for a peaceful sleep, ask for a room facing the courtyard as the beautifully restored windows are single paned and you hear everything on the street. There is a safe...

The hotel is nice and the receptionists were friendly, but our room and especially our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage when we arrived. The receptionist, who had left for the day (at 19:30) told us by phone that this was normal because of whatever is underneath the hotel. No other rooms were available and we received no compensation, apart from...

“Stairs are noisy, doors slam when they close and the main door is even more troublesome, particularly in the night, when it is noisy both when guests try (unsuccessfully) to open it and when they close it. Bathroom amenities are the same you'll find in a highway gas station. Tv screens are tiny! and one of two did not work.”
