Went to this hotel with two friends for a two-day trip to Maastricht. Very friendly staff, which welcomed us and since the room was already cleaned could check-in before noon. Centrally located near De Markt and on excellent to explore city centre on foot. We were on the top floor facing de Markt and could hear some of the ongoing...

This is one of the oldest buildings in this part of maastricht. The room was small but nicely decorated. The shower was a bit antiquated. The staff is what makes this hotel so good ...oh and the cocktail bar and great bar food downstairs! The staff are friendly helpful and just downright nice. Nothing was a problem. The location is...

The location is excellent, right in the centre. The cleaning of the room could be improved: I had a single one, that looked rather old and needing some refreshing. Bad smell in the toilette. The staff was very nice on the other hand, and I liked the breakfast.

Though it is centrally located, the fact that the venue had been called other names and is above a café confused us a little when we were trying to reach it. The room was spacious and clean, and we were surprised to find a dressing room in it - perfect for carnival revellers, but, as it did not have a...

We stayed in a family room (#12) which was small but functional. The room could do with a few finishings but it's decent. The staff are super friendly and upon check-out there were other people who obviously stayed there more often. The breakfast is very nice and I think if you're going for a no nonsense Dutch experience you'll not...

I have stayed in many small hotels in Holland and nearly all were clean and comfortable. Hotel Holla is the exception. First, to find the hotel is an adventure. The hotel is situated near the central market square, but none of the personnel in the nearby restaurants had any idea where the hotel was situated. There is no sign in...

This hotel is really a few rooms above a café near the market square and other shopping opportunities. Since this is basically a café, the breakfast is very nice, the bread is excellent and the choice is good for a hotel of this size. As a family run business it has a warm, friendly atmosphere, that shows also how the...

Please stay away from this place. Not sure how they can even call it a hotel. I was shocked when I arrived in my room (Single room) to find such a terrible room. It was dingy, old, small, furniture was rotting, floor was creaking, bed was crooked, smelled of smoke & the toilet was horrid. The toilet was so small...

Pay attention to any payment with card - check for amount before you leave! This hotel stole € 17 and never returned, despite reminders and requests for support to booking.com. wi-fi not working in the room; the room windows looked out on the chimneys of the kitchen, so the windows could be opened only at certain times; mattress not comfortable...

Everything is very basic, which is fine for a two star hotel. The staff is very friendly. The location is superb! BUT there is fungus in the windows, the heaters don't work, the bath smells of chemicals (chlorine). Beds are very soft. No lift.

“Depends. If you want a view of the Stadthuis and market square, request a street-facing view. There may be a bit of street noise however, so bear that in mind. If view is not important, request a rear or side-street (alley, really) room”
