Although this was my first time, I will definitely go again. It was perfect - peaceful, excellent meals, great coffee, quiet and natural surroundings and lovely staff - heaven! I was looking for a real rest and got exactly what I needed. I was also impressed with the animal sanctuary - there are doing a terrific job. You will love...

What a wonderful gem of a place. Tucked away in the farm lands of our beloved country is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The staff are really down to earth and make you feel right at home. Love this place.

Excellent accommodation, food was exceptional, staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable. Seeing the rescued lions and the dedicated staff caring for them was very heartwarming. Well worth a visit.

Our whole experience was great. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, and were able to accommodate a required difficult situation that was not of their or the venue's making. Thank you all who helped out.

We went to lionsrock to celebrate my husband's birthday. He enjoyed the game drive, the chats we had with the other guests at the bar. I enjoyed the bar and the food. The staff: Mr Brown, Sipho and Mary Were very nice and efficient. Thank you Michelle.

A most enjoyable visit. Excellent staff and great service.the games drives are superb but ensure you witness a feeding of the cats. Our room had fantastic views of the park and we awoke to the sound of the cats calling for food.

The lodge is nice enough and we had no major complaints. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we could not go on any game drives or take part in any activities, so we really just slept over one night and then went home. Disappointing, and not the Lodge's fault. Perhaps if we had had more time to go on a game...

A jewel outside of Bethlehem with a kids area (swings, trampoline, pool), wonderful restaurant (pork chops were the special that day), the rooms were clean and we slept soundly. The breakfast was filling and they provided both hot and cold food. The best part was seeing the big cats up close and personal during the tour of the property. Recommend...

This is a very unique experience that you cannot find anywhere else in SA. I've done Kruger and other nature parks. But here your assured of getting closer to lions and a few tigers. Best part is the you get to do it in an ethical and charitable way. Highly recommended.
