Three adults. Stayed in 2 rooms: one single, one double. Another return visit - we make a habit of staying here on the first night of our Swiss holidays as we are usually too late to travel direct to our resort. Great location in the heart of the old town and only 15 minutes walk from the main station. Also,...

If you are looking for a real Swiss experience in a hotel and also be in the centre of the old town (altstadt) then look no further, this is it! The Adler have superb friendly service, great rooms, either overlooking the Niederdorf, or the hipster Rosenhof square, most rooms with Swiss themed drawings and some with air con as well....

Right in the heart of Zurich old town.. This hotel is located in the heart of the cafe /restaurant The restaurant is absolutely a must. Serving traditional cuisine The staff were incredibly friendly The room was extremely hot but understanding that Europe is having an in usual heatwave - no aircon in any building in this district Theo. the most...

Most of the reception staff were rude especially during chek-in. Breakfast staff were friendly namely Adel. The complementary drinks in the mini bar were a nice gesture. Location of thr hotel is top notch, in th heart of Zurich Old Town. The lack of air conditioning was really difficult especially in the current summer weather.

Stayed in the Jumior Suite with our daughter. Air conditioned (not all rooms are) and a spacious well designed room. Bathroom on the small side but perfectly fine. The desk manager was very helpful and gave us a chance to compare rooms. Also was very accommodating of our preference to check in as early as possible following an overnight flight....

We had a family of four. Two adults and two children. One 20 and 16. We were situated on level 1 and level 4. Why I do not know. There is no air con at all and the rooms are tiny for the price of this hotel and stuffy. No breeze at all. Plus the bathroom is see through!! Zurich...

The staff was very helpful, provided me with wonderful recommendations during my short stay in Zurich. I got a cozy room with a nice view for a very good price. The restaurant downstairs offers wonderful swiss fondue. Be sure to try it!

Overall very nice hotel with fantastic/knowledgable staff and clean/well furnished rooms (can't beat free mini fridge drinks that get restocked daily). Restaurant experience was great! Had a wonderful waiter named Duka who was very polite and friendly and awesome fondue. Basic cheese and bread at first and then meat and hot broth with sauces. If you can help it don't...

We stayed at the Hotel Adler last week and loved so much about this hotel. Perfect location, absolutely spotless, beautiful bathroom and towels and excellent location. It was not the best breakfast we had on our European travels but the location more than made up for this minor observation. I would suggest if you are walking from the railway station...

The Adler was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was traveling with a fellow student on a weekend and the staff was extremely warm and inviting. We also ate dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean. Couldn't ask for better service!!
