I've stayed here twice this year - in September and December. Was a bit disappointed with the room I got in Sept. at the back of the hotel overlooking the courtyard - BUT in December we were in room 501 - at the front of the hotel with a great balcony and an amazing view over the city. If staying...

This place was everything we needed it to be, clean, well positioned close to all amenities and transport and reasonably priced in Swiss terms. The food was ok. Check in was a bit slow but other than that the service was brilliant. I'll definitely recommend to. I loved the church next door, beautiful building!

I booked this hotel via booking.com which shows some good rating, but with my experience, honestly speaking. The staff service level is the worst. While working, the internet stopped working. I called the reception but they don't want I listen. Just saying their computer is working so there is no problem. When called them again, almost 8-9 times they just...

Great little place. Clean, comfortable and accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is tasty and well presented. The parking is limited, but the hotel does have a few spaces - be sure to book a space in advance. It's next door to a lovely old...

For the price it was a good stay...Old rooms, but we were on a budget and anything else was too expensive...Nice breakfast..good staff..Stayed 2 yrs back..Had come for a business meet...Rooms are small.. but was ok for a business traveller. But definitely not a place for families and leisure..

Spotless bathroom ,great breakfast, though no towels or toiletries supplied in one of our two rooms .Informed by desk staff towels were available but staff too busy to bring them to the room. Breakfast good in stylish surroundings. Staff helpful .

My parents stayed here a few months ago. While they were checking out, the manager decided to fine my father 200 euros for smoking in the room, when he had done no such thing. Proof? My father had thrown an empty packet of cigarettes in the dustbin in the room. That's it. There was no fire alarm, he wasn't caught...

Spent 2 nights here in Sept. Wanted a place close to the old town and convenient but not in the busy section, we chose very well. If you are arriving at Zurich Airport take the #10 tram to Haldenegg, get off and look across the street and there is the hotel, no need to walk uphill with luggage from Zurich...

This hotel is well situated, about 5m walk from the river and one of the main tram junctions. Lobby is being renovated and it appears they are taking a kitschy Swiss touristy theme which would not be my first choice. I'm sure it will appear to tourists though (I was there on business and used to live in Switzerland so...
