It located at the heart of Zürich, only one block or 5 minute walk from Zürich HB station. Just a walk to fantastic shopping street. It closed to McDonald and Starbucks or you can find variety food at Central station. Room is cosy with English style and bathroom amenities are Molton Brown. Staff are great, especially night shift. She is...

Very nice hotel and in a great location for us as we needed to get up early for the train. We were upgraded to a very nice room and appreciated it. No air-conditioning or coffee/tea or fridge facilities in the room but there was a self serve communal space operating on an honesty system on the top floor which had...

Loved this hotel! Steps away from the main train station and the old town in a quiet building. There was no air conditioning, but a good fan. The front desk was very helpful and the room beautiful and comfortable. It does not provide breakfast as part of the rate.

Townhouse has many pluses: proximity to the main station, shopping, eateries etc; comfortable , clean room with all necessities, and professional receptionist to take care of your checking in and special requests. We also love their little fine touches to make the place homely - endearing figurines and pictures of dogs and puppies! Lovely and memorable stay at Townhouse!

Very convenient to the train station, this hotel is in a small office building. No lobby to speak of, but a small sitting area next to reception, which is on one of the higher floors with free coffee machine and a supply of snacks on the honour system. Reception is very helpful, though it closes at 10 pm. The room...

Front desk was friendly. On both occasions, I got lucky and managed to check in early. There are hotels that I have experienced very strict check-in timing, even if the room was already available. The hotel is less than two minutes work away from Zurich HB, the main train station. It is difficult to locate the hotel for the first...

A very quaint small hotel in the heart of Zurich famous shopping streets. Nicely furnished clean and friendly. Perfect for the traveler that has no car. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in this buzzing city. JB

Extremely well located, quirky as it is not obviously a hotel. This was booked by my son as the end of an amazing anniversary trip. Reception is on 5th floor but there is a lift. Breakfast is not that amazing and is payable by honesty method. Rolls, juice etc. Extremely convenient for the station.

Just wrapped up 2 nights in this great hotel. Everything was exactly as advertised: the room was cute & well decorated, with a very comfortable bed. I thought the price was totally fair for Zurich, although it probably seems high if you aren't used to the city's prices. The location couldn't be more convenient, right next to the train station...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Only 5 mins walk from station. Good setting in room though the area is not big. The soup, bath and lotion is also ok, However, room cleaning service is not up to standard. No bottle of water and shower gel are refilled. Moreover, i think wifi is now important to most of the tourists,...

Dear guest thank you for having chosen our Boutique Hotel Townhouse for your 2 day stay in Zurich. We regret to read that you were not fully satisfied with our hotel and our service.
