I have been twice and was impressed on both occasions. The preparations are impeccable. Ingredients fresh and well chosen. I truly love that there is no artifice in Bovier's cooking. High class restaurant and fine cuisine in one if the best luxury Palaces in Switzerland. The Chef, Edgar, is a master of combining local terroir Swiss food with French cuisine. Wine list could offer some better choice if fine Bordeaux... but overall experience is worth it. Highly recommended
