What a lovely little hotel this is! My sister and I spent a few days here whilst skiing. The facilities were just lovely. The staff were super pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only 2 criticisms I have is that you had to re-insert your user name and password into the wifi every time you wanted...

We spent 5 nights at the Fleurs de Zermatt. The hotel is modern and stylish and our room was attractive and had a beautiful bathroom. The breakfasts were good, with plenty of choice. We enjoyed the pool room with jacuzzi pool. It was a very calm and relaxing place. I have to mention the complimentary afternoon tea and cakes. Every...

We stayed here for 4 days in February to go snowboarding. The hotel is fabulous. The staff is friendly and attentive. Sandra was particularly helpful, attentive, and kind. She made us all of our dinner reservations at great places to eat. We especially liked say cheese for fondue and chez max for grilled meat. Our room was lovely and had...

We were picked up with a electromobile but then we had to carry all our luggage by ourself to the hotelroom. There is no Restaurant in the evening to dine thatfor no possibility to eat something. Staff is friendly but one Person is responsable for everything. Picking up guests at the Station, doing the receptionwork, work as a waiter or...

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for one weekend and really enjoyed the welcoming from the staff. They were really nice and available. The room was fantastic; all the equipment, the cleanliness and decoration were really nice and warm. Moreover, the beds were confortable and we slept well. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Several breads, croissants, cereals, lots...

We stayed here for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Zermatt is a beautiful little town I can't say enough good things about. This hotel was perfect. Everything from the friendly staff to the breakfast every morning was wonderful. A ski bus stop is only a few steps from the front door. Once you're done skiing,...

There is nothing to complain really but the price / performance for a 4 star hotel? Didn't match up for me personally because: - very poor breakfast both quality and presentation - the restaurant section looks more like a youth hostel than a nice hotel in general I got the impression that management tried to upgrade a common hotel with...

This was not as expected. In a very, very good way! Best service ever at a hotel in Europe. All of the kind ladies from receptions to restaurant to housekeeping were super friendly and went out of their way to be of every assistance. The rooms were way bigger, brighter, newer and more charming than in the pictures. Very well...

My boyfriend and I stayed five nights this week and had an incredible time. The reception team, especially Sandra, were incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions to ensure we had the best vacation. Sandra made us feel at home and was incredibly welcoming!! She took the time to get to know us during our visit and went above...
