Nice hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Ideally located within walking distance to Matterhorn and town. We had a family room as we were travelling with kids. Balcony was spacious enough. Staff was friendly.

Thank you very much for your comment. Since 2011 we renovated quite a few things in our hotel. We renewed our wellness / spa area, the reception and the lobby and also the dining room. It would be our pleasure to welcoming you again here with us.

We were just here, group of 6, friends, for serious skiing. Great hotel, great service, very good breakfast, friendly, efficient and helpful staff, clean rooms and a good location. Recommend it highly.

Absolutely great accommodations and excellent services provided by a very dedicated team. Many restaurants and bars very close, as well as the cable car to the Matterhorn. Breakfast is excellent too. One night we had a welcome drink (apéro) where we could meet other guests and share some experiences. Very well organized and shows the appreciation of the team with...

Hotel Bristol should be five star hotel! Not only were they wonderful in the booking process but from arrival to departure the service was superb! We chose 2 Matterhorn view rooms for our family of 5; a triple and a double. The bedding was so comfortable we are buying some for our home. The morning breakfast is impossible to beat...

Stay: 1 night in January 2017. Good value in an expensive little town. Staff: English speaking, friendly & helpful. Room: King-size bed (made from two single mattresses), on 2nd floor corner. Nice town views in two directions. Basic old world ambiance – wooden floor, old style but effective bar heaters. Couldn’t see any signs of air-conditioning which may be a...

We got a nice room with the view of the mountain Matterhorn in this family oriented hotel. You get the sense from check in to check out that you are visiting a Swiss family at their home. Where all the staff greet you with a smile and sometimes with a hand shake, which makes you part of the family.

Staying at Hotel Bristol bad the lack of snow/good skiing a non-issue!!! We had such an amazing time. The breakfast is large and scrumptious. The hotel is perfectly located right above the bus stop to Zermatt for skiing, and you only have to ride the bus for one stop. There's also a hotel provided shuttle to the train station. Most...

Not really much which bothered us about our trip at Hotel Bristol. Staff are all quite professional and friendly. You can tell everyone works hard to run a good business. Breakfast had some nice quality choices (cheeses, meats and breads) along with some basics as well fruit salad and cereals. I have to say the coffee could be a whole...

Hotel Bristol is a mid-sized hotel at one end of the town center, I stayed for a week. The rooms are reasonable, furnished in a modern style and absolutely spotless. I was on a half-board deal, food and drink is expensive in Zermatt (as is everything else) but HB is definitely worth considering if you like to eat well and...
