Zermatt is a very expensive town so finding a good, cheap accommodation is very difficult. This was not exactly a budget apartment, but much more affordable than some other rooms on offer. Upon arrival we were truely surprised at how big the apartment was and how nicely decorated. The hostess was very nice and accomodating, providing cot bed and a...

The chalet is only 500m from the train station, but in a quiet place, away from the many tourists. Appartments are very comfortable, with bedroom/living room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is well equipped, so one has the option of making one's own meals at home, saving a lot of money (restaurants are all expensive!). There are 2 grocery...

The accommodation perfectly served all our needs. It was spacious, neat and fairly modern. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. My one issue was the soft bed and pillows which seems to be a common problem in most of Switzerland. I really liked this place which served as a great base camp for our skiing and was central to the...

We booked a weeks stay in a studio which is in the basement and comes with a terrace and some nice views. Spacious and well equipped studio with separate Kitchen (no 7) has everything you would need to cook and make some lovely meals. Slept so well but the upstairs apartment can be noisy with kids running on the floors...

We just got back from staying a week in Zermatt at the Chalet Aeschhorn. I would absolutely recommend this place. Our group of 4 stayed in the second floor apartment. We took two of the bedrooms which both had comfortable beds and warm duvets. They were single beds which could be pushed together for the married couple and pushe apart...

Excellent ski holiday in April to Chalet Aeschhorn A in Zermatt. Our chalet host Will was really great. Cooked some lovely meals and was a fantastic host. Travelled with Inghams who seemed very customer focussed. We have been skiing regularly for the past twenty years and much prefer Inghams to crystal for service and quality.
