We stayed only one night at this hotel in early October 2016. We have only good things to say about it. The room was very cosy with a fantastic view of the mountains. The owners were very helpful and friedly.Had we known that this was such a gem, we would have made plans to stay longer. My wife loves cows,...

This was my first Christmas trip away from home and I must say I am so glad I spent it here. The hotel is beautiful, the owners make you feel right at home, what a lovely family they are! We ate the set menu for dinner all five nights we were here and it was absolutely delicious. We looked forward...

Based on other reviews we booked the Hotel Gletschergarten for a Christmas break. We were not disappointed. In fact we were delighted with our stay. Gabriela, Gerhard, their family and all their staff were so friendly and helpful. Their advice on all things local, especially walks and local transport, was invaluable. We even had a visit from Father Christmas on...

We enjoyed the experience of staying in a real Swiss chalet operated by the same Swiss family for over 100 years. The Michel family are excellent hosts, fluent in four languages, who treat their guests like good friends. The mountain views from the hotel are astounding. To complete your Swiss experience each day, have dinner at the restaurant in the...
