Dirty, Rude and Cunning. I have been to 100 hotels and the staff of this one are the worst ever. When we arrived there was no one in the hotel, they just left the key with my name on it. I checked the room was cold and there were blood stains on the coversheet. There was no once to call,...

Quiet and family friendly hotel. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable enough. Solid food choice. Interesting children menu. I have especially liked the idea of homemade dishes for children..so, without usage of frozen food..(potato, nuggets..etc,). Staff: friendly and considerate. If you are travelling by car, city centre is only a few minutes away. There is nice parking space in front...

Check in and check out was easy. The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk and the cleaning staff. This is a good place to stay if you are travelling by car. Location is close to Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein. It is a 10 minute drive into the town of Schaffhausen and you can...

A basic but clean hotel with good WIFI but in a secondary position. We ate in the hotel at night and the menu was limited but the food was OK. The staff in the restaurant at night were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a struggle, the hotel dining room provides breakfast to the sports complex next door. We were...

This hotel, built around a horse-riding ring in a nondescript suburb of Schaffhausen, is excellent value. However, it is rather far from the old city, which is why you want to be Schaffhausen, at least as a tourist. No coffee in the room, but it is provided for the floor. Lovely rooms, spacious and well appointed.

Definitely not a hotel I will recommend if you have a baby, they charge extra if you want a cot and it's expensive, it's the first hotel I've stayed in that charge extra for a cot and we stay in many hotels. It's also difficult if you have a pram, there is an elevator but even with taking the elevator...

Good day theo nice Thank you for your review , we take it very seriously . We are their points control and resolve . Nevertheless, we want to justify ourselves. The babycot costs CHF 15.00 per night , but also they were informed at their booking . Since we are in a region where the water is very Calcareous consists...

Nice Causey hotel with decent price. The restaurant is serving nice food nice selections. The restaurant is looking on horse training yard. The only thing I would comment on is the pillows are not comfortable enough for me. Schaffhausen is nice small city with touristic land marks as the falls.

In Switzerland hotels are expencive, like everything else, for this money (117,00 CHF) without breakfasts for my opinion is too much for one night. It is a nice and quite place but again too expensive. Hotel is nice, bathroom is a bit old, solid breakfast for 18 CHF (expensive), nice restaurant.

Good day Daddy34 thank you for your review . However, we find it always a shame if for a price a performance is poorly made . Switzerland has high wages and high food prices , volglich the price for the consumer is more expensive . For guests who do not understand this, I recommend you to book in Germany for...

I staid as a business traveller in this facility. I was surprised to find a covered arena in which the local dog school held their training. the owners told me they had in the back a number of stables, which could be used by people who travel with their horses, and needed a rest place. Even a step mill is...

A nice hotel with great friendly service . A good breakfast with a variety of foods to choose from. A small playground for children and a great family suite which we found very comfortable and clean. .
