I dropped in and was greeted by Madeleine who was very warm and friendly. The B&B is very close to zentrum, only 20 minute walk and is charming, cozy and a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, I did not have a reservation and the B&B was full, but Madeleine phoned other hotels and secured a room for me across town....

The bnb is set in a residential area, which was a plus for us to be away from the bustle of hotels in cities for a few days and it was a very easy 15 minute walk to the centre of Luzern. From booking to leaving, the staff were absolutely amazing - what a credit to any business to have...

We stayed here for two nights and found the the location and the staff to be excellent. Simone was extremely helpful in sorting out our carparking arragements and tickets to Mt Pilatus. The room we had was on the ground floor next to the main entrance and dining room, so we had to deal with noise from people walking around...

This has got to be one of the best values in Lucerne. We stayed in the attic room and were pleasantly surprised with how charming they were able to make an attic. We were greeted by the extremely friendly Simone who gave us directions, made us dinner reservations, and generally seemed quite eager for us to make the most of...

Simone was an absolute treat! Very friendly and made us feel welcome on our first night in Europe! Good start to a good trip. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Location good - near to the station and a nice walk from the town centre. We'll definitely return here.

Each member of the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor room. The building has beautiful lines and original features, and I found that the simplicity of the decorating style focused attention on the tranquility of the house. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood that is a convenient distance from the train station....

We stayed in the pink attic room. The Bed and Breakfast is a two minute bus ride from the train station and right across the river from the old town. We loved our room not only because of its charm but because our room came with an air conditioner and a great TV for us to watch the Olympics. The...

I cannot say enough how friendly and welcoming the two front desk people were. They were great with recommending where and what to eat, the sites, walking around, getting hikes. super nice. Top notch service. Breakfast was fine and ample servings for everyone. The rooms were sparse, they look like (very clean) private hostel rooms. you have to share bathing...

This BnB has an excellent staff! They are warm and accomodating and very helpful with local info! The building itself is a bit sterile, lots of white walls, spartan decor, but this just showed me how absolutely clean the entire place was. The drawback is the shared bathrooms, only one room is en suite. I am not a big fan,...
